Grand Estancia Salem

The most useless place that we would have stayed and this is not the first time. Absolutely no service, untrained staff who cannot even make the bed or clean the floor. Dirty sofas and bed, dirty floors and very bad service. They couldn’t provide extra bed or make the bed or provide pillows I will not suggest this place to anyone

Very bad experience I don’t recommend it. Since the staff in the hotel were incapable of resolving my issues inspite of complaining ***y times I requested them to give thr General ***ager email id but they refused to give it and told me to submit my issues after checking out. 1. The bed sheets had blood spots when we noticed it our room was changed but later in the night we realised the quilts had brown patches and was very dirty. 2. Ac was not working but after complaining it was rectified but again whole night it was not working WiFi was not working at all when enquired they kept giving different coupon codes but was on no use. Only in the morning the technician said router had issues and he restarted it. 3. When we requested for cutlery then didn’t provide it for very long time. 4. Worst experience was the front desk whenever we called up for issues they were not responsive and were full lot of attitude.

Beautiful hotel and excellent front desk staff. Rooms were awesome and generally very clean. The hotel location was also good and easy to travel via road. The view was good. Breakfast spread was good. Would recommend travellers to stay in this hotel at Salem. It was our first time staying here and we were from Singapore

Dont stay here, they are a full pack of thieves. I handed over my car to valet parking and they stole every drop of the 75 Litre drinking water in the can in my car. And they didn't tell a word. On asking the ***ager he built some stories not so convincing but despite giving him 3 days already has no response to me. I went through a horrible experience and a shock to see that so much water I heated and took ***** for my family for the trip was gone in like few seconds.

Hotel is a decent business class hotel. We stayed here for a business trip. The hotel staff are cordial and provide good service, unless it is really crowded. The restaurant ***ager Sivagami took good care of the guests. She provided great service with the amount of customers she handled. She always wore a smile.

Staying at grand estancia was a disappointing experience. The rooms are very old and despite constantly being “cleaned,” didn’t feel clean at all. Service was poor except for ***aging our luggage, and staff was often rude when spending time in the reception area. Room keys failed to work multiple times, and constant visits to the reception to fix these keys were made, which really disrupted our plans. The food, however, was very delicious, giving this review the 2 stars it has received. Overall felt unwelcome for all the hype this hotel gets.

Poorly maintained hotel. See the attached photos. AC was not cooling enough so we got a pedastrial fan. Other issues were Handlebar in the bathroom was rusted, damaged Couch, misaligned bathroom fittings, broken tray etc. For 5k per night, this is unacceptable! Since we checked in late, we didn't have an option to search for another hotel.

It's a good hotel aituates at the outskirts of Salem, city in the Bangalore highway. The hotel is pretty clean with all essential amenities. It also had a good restaurant and bar. Both are good in terms of quality of food and ambiance. The hotel people are very curtious and well behaved.

I visited this property with my wife and my 4 yr old baby. The hotel is located en route Bangalore on the Srinagar Kanyakumar Highway. The location is excellent as its right on the highway and easily accessible while driving. They have an open parking. Since it was really hot when we visited the property, we got the car in an extremely hot condition the next day! Wish they at least had installed some Awning over the car park. Check in: We had checked in really late at night (around 1am) and maybe that is why the check in process took time. Since we were already tired, we wish it could have been done faster especially since we had booked the room in advance and also called the hotel on our way while driving to the hotel confirming our late arrival. The room was spacious and the washroom was clean. However the AC was set very cold. The temperature dial had got damaged it seems. The room remained extremely cold and we had to switch it off in between which disturbed our sleep as it would then get hot inside the room after a while and we would be forced to switch on the AC again. This disturbed out sleep a lot and also since we had to drive again in the morning, the whole experience was tiring. The breakfast was good. The menu was reasonable. However we felt for the price we paid for the room, it could have been better. The hotel has a nice pool. Unfortunately we were leaving right after breakfast and we could not use the pool. My kid got really excited when he saw the pool. The check out process was smooth and the hotel staff were really courteous and helpful.
