Poor and bad food, no response on this email , triest Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the dining experience my family and I had at your Greek restaurant yesterday evening. Unfortunately, the experience was far below the standard I expect from a luxury hotel such as Fairmont. We ordered dishes totaling 1113 MAD, but the quality of the food was extremely poor. The issues started with the main courses, which were completely undercooked: the prawn skewers and the meat were raw. After raising this issue with the staff, we were served replacement dishes. Unfortunately, these were also unacceptable. The meat and chicken skewers had an unpleasant taste, were bland, and one of the dishes had a foul smell. Immediately after eating, although we did not eat much to nothing, my young son started experiencing discomfort, including burping with a bad aftertaste. This experience was deeply disappointing. A restaurant in a five-star hotel should maintain high standards of quality and ensure that dishes are properly prepared and safe to eat. Sadly, this was far from the case. I kindly request that you take this complaint seriously and inform me of the steps you will take to address this issue. Should I not receive a timely and satisfactory response, I will feel obligated to share my negative experience on Google Reviews, as I currently feel scammed by this experience.
