The experience was amazing from the time we arrived. The staff welcomed and made us comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and our room was spacious and well appointed with a few amenities that I have never seen. The food was delicious. The Concierge Jaafar Kakhsassi took extra care to make our stay unforgettable

Avoid drinking coffee at Le Deck. It was lukewarm, they didn’t have milk and one cup costs 90 dirham - 9$. The location is beautiful, you can see Rabat, the Atlantic ocean and Buregreg river from the coffe shop but the prices are really over the top.

The Fairmont is a quaint hotel overlooking the marina in Rabat. The check in and other formalities were seamless. Though early, the staff helped get an early checkin. The rooms are spacious and well laid out. The staff were friendly and helpful. I recommend visitors to Rabat to try this wonderful property.

From start to finish a perfect holiday which will be hard to compete with going forward. We have visited this hotel three times. Everything is perfect. The rooms are spotless and service and food are excellent. The staff was so attentive to all of the guests and could not be faulted.

Amazing property and extremely attentive staff. Breakfast was amazing and wish we had more time at the property . From the top me we entered the property until it was time to leave, we were never without excellent attention and service. The hotel manager greeted us upon arrival and stopped by to see how our stay was going.

Poor and bad food, no response on this email , triest Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the dining experience my family and I had at your Greek restaurant yesterday evening. Unfortunately, the experience was far below the standard I expect from a luxury hotel such as Fairmont. We ordered dishes totaling 1113 MAD, but the quality of the food was extremely poor. The issues started with the main courses, which were completely undercooked: the prawn skewers and the meat were raw. After raising this issue with the staff, we were served replacement dishes. Unfortunately, these were also unacceptable. The meat and chicken skewers had an unpleasant taste, were bland, and one of the dishes had a foul smell. Immediately after eating, although we did not eat much to nothing, my young son started experiencing discomfort, including burping with a bad aftertaste. This experience was deeply disappointing. A restaurant in a five-star hotel should maintain high standards of quality and ensure that dishes are properly prepared and safe to eat. Sadly, this was far from the case. I kindly request that you take this complaint seriously and inform me of the steps you will take to address this issue. Should I not receive a timely and satisfactory response, I will feel obligated to share my negative experience on Google Reviews, as I currently feel scammed by this experience. I look forward to your prompt response.
