Hotel familiar, la mejor atencion posible con una calidad humana sin igual, atencion al detalle, comidas de gran calidad, ubicacion de primera en el valle de Aran, tanto para verano o invierno. La piscina un lujo en verano y la situación en invierno para esquiar inmejorable

No puedo dar mas que elogios a este hotel. Ubicación, limpieza, trato, instalaciones, la comida... un 10. Es que si pudiera poner mas de un 10 lo podría. Un grandísimo acierto... he dicho que la comida es espectacular???

Estancia super agradable. Posiblemente el hotel en que hemos estado hospedados, mejor con diferencia. El trato desde el primer minuto, muy agradable. La comida del bufet de mucha calidad. Limpieza y instalaciones inmejorables. Piscina, jardín y todo el entorno, muy cuidados. La atención del propietario (Xavi) un 10!!. Seguro si volvemos a la Val d'Aràn, repetiremos

Este hotel es maravilloso, la comida un espectáculo. Mis padres van tooodos los años, y a mi me encantaría ir siempre que pueda también. Creo que es el mejor sitio en el que he estado, y he estado en tantos… Trato inmejorable. Entorno precioso… un 1000 sobre 10!

El hotel está fenomenal, con unos acogedores salones y un gran comedor. Las habitaciones están muy bien. El desayuno, de 10! Y el trato del personal y de Pili y Xavi magnífico! Repetiremos seguro en nuestro próximo viaje al Valle de Arán!

Ya van varios años en los que ir al Valle de Aran, no es solo disfrutar de la naturaleza (ski o rutas de senderismo) sino aloj**** en el hotel Lacreu, volver a saludar a Xavi y Pili y estar alojados unos días en este entrañable hotel familiar donde la atención de todo el personal es muy, muy amable y dirigida a que tu estancia sea de lo mas agradable posible. El hotel tiene poco que envidiar a otros con mas estrellas en cuanto comodidad, limpieza y temperatura (en temporada de ski) de las habitaciones. Y destacaría la restauración: los desayunos y las cenas son de diez. Diez en variedad y calidad de los alimentos, diez en reposición continuada de estos cuando todos bajamos a desayunar/cenar a la misma hora, diez en limpieza y cuidado en la presentación de los alimentos. Muchos hoteles y más de un Parador deberían aprender de ellos.

Xabi y Pili hacen que la estancia en su hotel sea lo más parecido a estar en casa rodeado de atenciones y buen servicio. El hotel está impecable, no paran de hacer mejoras y el trato humano es el mayor valor añadido. Difícil encontrar a gente tan profesional y cercana. Tanto ellos como todo su equipo. La cocina es de muy alta calidad, casera y variada y la limpieza exquisita. La información sobre la zona para familias, parejas, invierno y verano es infinita. ¡¡¡GRACIAS!!! Siempre volveremos.
