Beautiful peaceful chateau in the countryside just outside St Remy. Great pool, very comfortable beds. Although not fully up and running yet as a full hotel (evening restaurant closed) the staff were SO nice and helpful and gave the place a relaxed and friendly a**osphere. Breakfast was extensive and very good. Nice homemade food available for light lunches. We stayed for our honeymoon and we’re given a bottle of fizz on arrival to celebrate. Special thanks to Joris for helping making our time there so lovely!

Wonderful chambre d’hôtes, another gem in the Domaines de Fontenille collection. The property is grandiose, with a magnificent park, pool (this pool !!!), garden, and massive plane trees - no doubt you’re in Provence. Inside the mansion, and the room, every object has been obviously selected with the best taste, you just feel at home, everywhere here. Special kuddos to the management and service team, each one of them is so kind and professional. We had a fabulous experience here, relaxing, enjoying every bit. Breakfast is opulent and tasty, and while the restaurant was closed « for administrative reasons » (shall the mayor’s office understand what Chalamon is adding up to the charm of Saint-Remy-de-Provence ?), we could enjoy some light food at any moment. We can’t wait coming back here and see a full-scale hotel operating !!!

Rarement je n'ai été aussi satisfait d'un séjour. Lieu idyllique, accueil parfait avec de très bonnes recommandations.

Tres beau domaine dans la campagne mais proche de saint remy de de provence L hotel est neuf mais malgré ses vicissitudes avec la mairie le personnel est très agréable. Le parc est absolument extraordinaire , statues , fontaines, piscine pas très grande mais très belle. Un jardin extraordinaire Les chambres grandes et lumineuses Produits d accueil corrects. Le petit bémol serait dans la déco assez minimaliste, c est un choix mais le cadre aurait pu supporter plus , à mon sens. A refaire pour dîner sous les platanes!

Propriété splendide dans un cadre superbe tant au niveau de la bâtisse que des chambres, des jardins et de l’espace piscine …..sans oublier le professionnalisme d’une équipe à l’écoute de votre bien-être.

Je recommande cet hôtel à la fois pour son emplacement proche de la ville et en même temps au milieu d’un superbe parc, mais aussi pour l’accueil chaleureux que nous y avons reçu. La chambre que nous avons eu est spacieuse, joliment décorée et avec une vue sur les jardins et la piscine.

Frédéric Biousse et Guillaume Foucher ont beaucoup de talents pour dénicher de splendides demeures avec des jardins somptueux. Comme pour le Domaine de Fontenille, le Domaine de Chalamon à St Rémy de Provence vous séduit par la beauté de la bastide avec son jardin à la française. La terrasse sous les platanes est idéale pour savourer de délicieux repas. La piscine avec sa roseraie est aussi très agréable pour farnienter. En revanche, la décoration intérieure est totalement ratée, insipide. Les couleurs sont mièvres. Avec une telle demeure, on s’attend à une décoration avec du caractère, des objets qui sont uniques et qui ont une âme. Le mobilier est absolument banal. Au mur, on retrouve le même cadre dans les salons, les chambres et même les toilettes! Quel manque d’inspiration! A revoir au plus vite. Ce n’était déjà pas le fort du Domaine de Fontenille mais ici la décoration intérieure est inexistante. Il y a pourtant des architectes d’intérieur qui rêveraient de les conseiller.
