What an absolutely horrible excuse for a hotel. I would never stay at a hotel that would even think about hiring a front desk associate so rude, inconsiderate, and beyond ignorant. Let's start when we first checked in. They claim to be a nonsmoker hotel yet the entire floor we were in smelled of *** and then our room smelled of cigarettes; whatever, we were only staying for the night. We booked this hotel because it was "dog friendly". We arrive, we check in and left our (small 13 lb ) dog in the room and leave for dinner.... We get back to be told to leave as they don't accept dogs- which is not true. They said that there are signs on the doors and a waver we sign stating this - which is also not true. I cannot even begin to tell you how demeaning and inhumane she was. This all happens at 11pm and about 5 hours away from where we call home. We left the hotel when we threatened to have the police called over our once again 13 lb dog... Some people live and breathe to make people as miserable as they are on the inside. Please - never book this place. Pay the extra fees to stay in a nice place with a team that isn't going to treat you like **** of the earth. I called trip.com and they were absolutely amazing! They made sure that, given our circumstances, that we were taken care of. Thank you for trying to make this right and will be booking with trip.com again

This is a nice mid class hotel. Rooms are great. Location is good, only a 10 minutes drive to downtown. Beds are comfortable. Breakfast is a little light but still good.

Great room but local tv channels didn’t show very clearly. Bath tub curtain didn’t keep water out.

The smell of room was terrible, seems like it smells like mold. Staff is a very unfriendly and not properly trained. The reception girl wears hoody over the head. We could not tell is that is receptionist or some homeless person who were helping us. Seems like it that receptionist dont want to be there. Extremely disappointed with stay.

I stayed here for a week and overall it was a good experience. The staff was friendly and accommodated our early arrival for an extra fee. My only complaints are that almost every night, the hotel tried to authorize a different hold amount on my credit card and after the 2nd time, I put a lock on my card. The other thing was that they started house keeping super early and the wall are thin, so you could hear the person going to every door saying housekeeping.

The hotel looked very new and nice, once I entered the room a strong odor of humidity then after that when we just to sleep we saw a cockroach dead

Room clearly has a mold problem. Tried to move rooms but was told that there wasn’t availability. Handicapped 1st floor room with no border shower. Steel door frames rusted away and obvious water damage. The room has a terrible moldy smell. Also, lousy breakfast, the same sausage and pancakes everyday.

The area and services but breakfast could be a little bit better

We found crumbs on the bed…wasn’t to happy but staff was nice and they called the room to make sure everything was ok. At lease it was cleaned after.
