While we can confirm that the dish you received was the one you ordered, the kitchen may occasionally adjust the selection of vegetables based on availability and season. Everything is prepared fresh, and the level of spiciness may sometimes be adapted to suit a broader range of taste preferences. Pictures of our offers represent an example of the main ingredients, but may differ in small details such as decoration. We hope you'll give us another try so we can meet your expectations next time. It is true that we are in the middle of renovations, which will finish in mid-December. We are keeping our guests up-to-date on our renovations in our project diary, which is available on our website. We have also informed all of our contractual partners about the renovation (including the fact that breakfast and dinner are served in the Hotel Reine Victoria which is opposite ours). The rooms in the part of the hotel that remained open can be booked at a special price, precisely because of the impairment of the view and noise from outside. Again, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. We would like to point out that our guests have free entry to the public indoor swimming pool & spa OVAVERVA and also our pop-up restaurant "Tubbo" and the Vic's Brasserie at Hotel Reine Victoria and the restaurant Corvatsch nearby all remain open.
