The male receptionist was very rude, he kept saying “I doesn’t understand you” when I was asking if I could borrow a fork. Unprofessional and quite disappointing.

Our first impressions weren't good. When we checked in the receptionist (vivienne) tried to charge us for the stay when we had already paid. When we told her this she insisted we had to pay as it was a "city tax" to which I told her I'm aware of a small tax fee but not paying for the stay again. She continued to insist we had to pay for the 3 night stay again. We then asked for a manager she seemed to panick, looked at her computer & miraculously realised we only had to pay the small city tax fee. When we got to our room it seemed okay. Room was clean & spacious. Carpet could do with a clean. Our only complaint would be the bathroom is really small & sitting on the toilet was a struggle due to lack of room. Toilet was also very unsteady asif it was not bolted down. Breakfast wasn't great. No hot food. Pastries were stale. And to top it off ants crawling all over the food.

Notre chambre était très spacieuse, le petit déjeuner très bien pour le tarif, nous avons eu quelques soucis de chauffage, mais l’équipe du Kyriad a été très efficace et ils ont trouvé une solution très rapidement . Donc malgré ce petit soucis, je donne 5 étoiles grâce au service et à la gentillesse de l’équipe. Hôtel proche du métro ligne 8, très pratique .

Equilibrado al precio y un buen trato recibido por parte del personal.

El personal tiene un trato excelente. La ubicación normal.. a las afueras. La relación precio-calidad es correcta. El desayuno no lo usamos pero jubto al hotel, en un bar chino, dos cafes con leche sin nada más 10€. Creo que vale la pena el desayuno del hotel.

Donc pour commencer le parking est un cagibi, si vous avez une voiture plus grande qu'une Clio vous n'y rentrez pas. Pas de places dans la rue . Même pas une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre. Et dans le descriptif il y a soit disant une salle de billard, je la cherche encore. Très très déçu et en prime voiture rayée en rentrant dans le parking.

Staff were friendly food in buffet breakfast not bad. The room carpet were dirty. Very far from the tourist destinations. Sorry but is not recomendable .

It was my friends and I first time in Paris and we absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Very clean, staff was helpful and nice. Had no issues with the room. Great for the price! Would recommend and go back!

So even thought they advertise they have AC, it doesn't work in many rooms. They have mini fans ready for you when you go tell the front desk it doesn't work. I can understand they don't have AC but dont charge extra for something you dont have. Disappointed at ******* for having them listed. They almost ruined the trip. They changed our rooms but again the AC didnt work in one of them. They fully take advantage of the tourists.

Was extremely disappointed with this hotel. I understand that some hotels do not have AC, but to advertise that you do and have broken units, that is false advertisement. And they don't fix them because when you go tell the staff that the air is not working, the staff will give you a small fan, they have them ready. If ******* can not do a better job to check on the Hotels I have no trust to use ******* again. A motel in the US is in better than this Hotel. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, hotel can not guarantee that you will get a room with a working AC. 3 nights and 2 without an AC. Our stay in France was not pleasant due to this Hotel.

Stay out of this hotel. The hotel air conditioning didn't really work, the room is very hot and the hotel stuff told us to open the windows so the cold air can come in. If you open the windows you can't sleep because you can hear loud noise from the street. Horrible services.

On arrival the receptionist was some what polite and understood english. I asked her for a night room as we were celebrating my partners birthday she gave us a tiny room with no window and the toliet was in an weird postion- the room number was 327. She mentioned that it was the best room in the hotel, however we had a chance to see other rooms while the cleaner was cleaning and most of them had windows and waa much bigger. There is no ice machine so make sure u buy cold drinks and the food menu at the hotel is not great. We complained about the room and she refused to change it with the excuse that the hotel is fully booked which i believe is a lie. Will not be staying there again.
