21C Museum Hotel St Louis

Location in proximity to city attractions is amazing 5/5. Location in terms of safety is 2/5. There isn’t a covered secured lot for your car and I was approached by many people asking me for money while taking a walk around the building. Service is hit or miss. When I arrived, and attempted to open my car door, I was accosted by the valet who yelled at me and asked me what I was TRYING to do. I told him I was checking in to the hotel. And he was aggressively unpleasant, seemingly angry that I had arrived. Conversely, the valet attendant the next day was polite and wonderful. The front desk was nice but did not review any of the amenities nor offer any information about the hotel, which is a shame. Nice but inattentive and uninterested. The service at both Idol Wolf and Good Press were 5/5. The food at both were 5/5. The hotel itself is gorgeous. There’s art set in an old gym. The renovation is well done. Enjoyed it very much. The view from the room was also very nice. The room itself was standard with a few attention to detail things needing addressed. Such as broken handles and non working bathroom fixtures. Overall would recommend this hotel because it is unique. Big plus - they allow pets!!! Yes!

This is my 3rd 21c I’ve stayed at and my favorite so far! Everything was lovely and charming and Idol Wolf, the restaurant, was superb! Thank you for a fantastic weekend!

We had to make an unexpected trip to St. Louis and stayed at 21C because we appreciate the concept and the location was convenient. It was beyond amazing. The food and drinks were exceptional. The staff from all departments were very friendly. Definitely will recommend. A++

Location is not good..

Everything was as pictured online. BEAUTIFUL hotel and the art museum on the second floor was wonderful!!!

Check in time was at 4p and we ended up not being able to check in until 9p. I was given a slightly later time that the room would be available multiple times and no changes were made to even slow a late check out given the circumstance.

The stay was great. Front desk staff amazing, barista was amazing. Dining restaurant was not for us, very high $ and nothing a child/teen would want plus the waitress i encountered was very putout when i asked for an ice tea, so putout that the bartender got it for me The hotel has no free parking, its valet, or feed meters. Pool & hot tub amazing The cleaning & working crews we spoke with were super friendly

Staff was so kind and generous we will absolutely be back. Our kids were obsessed with this place and from the front desk guy to the security everyone was so inclusive of my kids I was beyond impressed.

Liked the concept and the building has been renovated beautifully. The classic pool and huge hot tub were fantastic. House cleaning, however, left much to be desired. We found a dirty pair of pants including underwear beneath the bathroom sink. We notified the front desk and were promised that the room would be deep cleaned. Yet upon return, we found that they forgot to even make one of the beds. How does that happen?
