Overall, the ratings are good, but in the restaurant some food items listed on the menu are not available. The hot water is difficult to use because the water flow is not strong enough to take a proper shower. Also, the shower only has hot water in the faucet, while the bidet has ice-cold water.

I would definitely not recommend this place to anybody. Lots of ants, shower wash bottle is empty not even soap. Barely any Wi-Fi signal Only fitted sheets in bed with dirty blanket, which seems to never be washed. However, unbelievable they even charge about 10 USD for an extra bedsheet.

Good housing, for the region clean and an amazing view, close to the viewpoints and with good parking spots, breakfast classic Filipino

The room was reasonably clean. The location a bit far from the city center but in a very nice and quite spot.

Hot water in bathroom is not always available. Hot water for drinking is for sale!

The place and the location is amazing. It has a breathtaking view of the mountains and you can enjoy watching the sea of clouds from the deck. The staffs are very friendly and very helpful. Internet connection is only provided at the lobby and near the waiting areas which is a bit slow. I hope they’ll provide internet in their guest rooms. It gets cold at night in the mountains, I do hope they will provide warmer quilts rather than the small sheets they have and not charge their guests for an extra blanket. Overall, it was a great stay though I woke at the middle of the night a bit cold needing some more blankets.

Perfect spot for the sunrise view, friendly staffs and well accommodated.

Nice place. Good location if you want to visit sea of clouds. And food is good. I think it was the first place in the Philippines where we had a restful sleep Хорошее место.
