The room was great size and the bed was very comfy+very friendly team!!♡
But unfortunately, the room was a bit dated -both room and bathroom need decoration and paint.
Also, shampoos etc in the bathroom were advertised as miniature exclusive selection but in reality there were big bottles (and soup/shampoo mixed with water:(
Too expensive for what you get.

房間可以開窗透氣，服務人員很友好，尤其餐廳服務員特別友好，有機會去是會選擇這家酒店，雖然小，但是很温馨，會推薦給朋友

Absolutely brilliant hotel!! Me and my boyfriend stayed mainly for Thorpe park it was an incredible location for it. 4 mins from the park! It's a lovely hotel attached to a lovely pub with impeccable food! We came down for our anniversary and decided to eat at the pub was well, it was worth it! Has a lovely outside area with heaters if you want to sit outside or smoke! Dave and Emily were incredible thier service is like no other! We had a problem with our ac in the room and they fixed within 2 hours as we was out at the cinema! They do everything the staff they attend to customers in the bar as well as customers staying in the hotel they do it all! I cant fault our stay at all! We'll definitely be back and be telling people how great it is and how close it is to thorpe park! The price was great as well! I didn't even want to leave I had such a lovely few days there. Thank you so much

We had our wedding reception here over the weekend and I can’t thank them enough for making our special day so stress free. Food was amazing, the venue (Windsor Room) was perfect and the staff were so helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much for them. All our wedding guests were so impressed with their rooms too. Would highly recommend the venue, the food, the rooms and the team.

Prior to booking I had read several bad reviews about the bathrooms. The Crown had responded, saying they would speak to housekeeping right away. Therefore, I thought that by the time our booking came around a couple of weeks later, they would have sorted the cleanliness of the bathrooms out. They hadn’t. Not only was our bathroom in need of refurb with layers of lime scale build up around taps etc, I do not believe it had been properly cleaned. The previous occupant’s travel shower gel was still on the shower soap dish and water splash marks on the shower glass etc. I also now understand a previous reviewer’s comment about ‘disconcerting’ stains on the toilet. I hoped these were age stains and not un-cleaned toilet but couldn’t think about it too much. The bedding was clean but the bedroom had lots of cobwebs and dust. The bedside light was thick with dust. We had to go to sleep with the radio on to drown out the noise of the beer garden as the football was on (Monday night) Made worse because the French doors (first floor) didn’t fit/close properly. Other rooms may be better but I will not be returning to find out We had a good meal in the pub

Spacious , comfortable room that suited perfectly for visiting friends locally. Very helpful and pleasant staff. Would be very happy to visit again. Lovely beer garden area and spacious welcome bar area. No noise from neighbouring rooms or bar area. Stayed in Armoury rooms.

Comfortable, clean and very friendly. Great breakfast with plenty of choice and prompt service. Dinner was very good too. Handy location for going to Wentworth to watch the golf - only 15 minutes from the park & ride. In the middle of Chertsey but very quiet!

Stayed for one night. Lovely hotel, large clean room with all the facilities. Stayed for breakfast, staff were lovely and able to flex menu to meet our specific dietary needs. Both had lovely cooked breakfast. Would definitely stay again if in the area.
