Addlestone

Great place to chill for a night or 2. Front desk were very helpful. Let me check in early too. Definitely come back if I’m in the area again

Everything a Premier Inn should be with the addition of some amazing staff. Comfortable, restaurant on site, quiet even though busy due to it being half-term. Would be great if onsite parking was available overnight.

Arrived for one night in May with my daughters (one who is disabled) asked at reception about parking my car with blue badge and was informed I would be fine to park overnight as long as the badge was displayed, have since received a fine!!! Spoke to staff who informed me to appeal and ask Horizon to speak to hotel who would confirm and sort it, since had the appeal rejected and can’t get hold of anyone at the hotel! Absolutely disgraceful way to treat customers and now leaves me with a lot of hassle to sort out!

Came here for a business trip. Really good service at an excellent price if you need a place to stay in addlestone area this would be my top choice. The car parking facilities are also good. Breakfast. Options are decent as well. Staff are very welcoming. Would visit again for sure

not a good stay for several reasons. 1. when we booked we were told it had onsite parking, it does it is a ten-minute walk away, at a council multi-story 2. when we checked in we were told that the parking was free for guests, its not i am glad i checked so we were not fined 3. we at there on the evening, the food was terrible. i ordered fish and chips with mushy peas. the chips were cold, the haddock lukewarm and the peas were like larva. i would have sent it back but the staff were having a stand up argument with another guest. 4. we only got half portions of chips as they told us they had run out ( this was at 19.40) 5. went for breakfast and there is a sign to say wait to be seated, after a wait of ten minutes before i walked in 5. break fast. and this was at 6.45 , the bacon smelt of fish, the black pudding was so cooked until it was nothing but mush , teh hash browns were cold and to cap it all they had no eggs, YES that right no real eggs. they had powdered scrabbled but i like poached and the hotel that apparently prides it self on its breakfast had no eggs at 6.40 in the morning ( to make it worse the hotel is above a waitress and a ten-minute walk to a tesco, both of which sell eggs i am sure )

Holly the manger really made the experience a 5/5! She was kind , polite and nothing was too much trouble for her!

Checking in, took ages (Stacey far too slow and whilst personable I feel I knew everything about the person in front of me in the queue by the time it got to my turn to check in. Only one set of towels in room, asked twice for more, service not the best.

Thank you Stacey and Fahrit, you both went above and beyond 👍👍. Your level of customer service is second to none. By far the best customer service I've experienced at a chain hotel ever. Plus the good nights sleep has me rested and raring to go 👍👍

I stayed here so I could go to Thorpe park. I haven't even left yet and I am singing their praises, especially Brandon who gave me and my family a very warm welcome and had a very enthusiastic chat about theme parks and our stay! He really set a positive mood to the place. The beds are comfy and their is sufficient room. I can't really ask for more than there is. A great price too! Money we'll spent. Big thanks to Brandon!!
