The building was old, but in good condition and well maintained. This time I got a room with a private sauna and it was very comfortable.

Never arrange a transfer from the airport to the hotel by Golden Circle Suites. You will pay 4 times the normal price. When we mentioned it at the reception and asked them if it wasn't a mistake (we were with 4 persons and paid 120€ instead of 30€ and the normal price for 4 persons is 30€ total price) they just found it normal because it was a "private" transfer as they said. We realy dont know what the difference is with a normal taxi. The breakfast in the hostel nearby is also very poor and basic. The hotel will recommend this place but there are much better places for breakfast than that in Ronaniemi. The location of the hotel is perfect and the rooms are big and the sauna is also very nice.

Fantastic place to stay in the middle of Rovaniemi. Self catering apar**ent with Sauna. Family of 4. Stayed in the Family Deluxe Suite. Apar**ent was extremely comfortable and modern. Literally 2min walk to the Sale 24hr supermarket, Artic City Hotel, Bull Bar, Hemingways, bus stops (Santa Express and number 8), ect. Extremely convenient location. Rovaniemi city isn't heavily commercialized as some people say. The town was covered in snow with not many people around. Would definetly stay here again.

The property is in a good location and the rooms are clean. We probably wouldn’t stay again because there is no door on the main bedroom and we booked a suite rather than a hotel room because we wanted some privacy from our 12 yr old child. The main bed was two singles put together rather than a double which we would have preferred. The coffee machine didn’t seem to work although we followed the instructions exactly. However it was perfectly adequate accommodation for one night and the kitchen seemed well equipped. The check in process was clear and straightforward

Good location with some self-catering activities. However given the rates we were paying for the peak time of the year, some basics let the place down. No breakfast option on site(need to self cater); plates and cutlery were dirty and hadn't been cleaned properly from the previous customer. I also followed up on my ******* VIP benefits and got no answer two days later by the time we checked out. Would not stay again.

Staff was friendly and helpful, location was good too. Sauna in the room was an added comfort. Would recommend staying here!

Excellent value, centrally located and well appointed. But what makes this place stand out is the staff. A fantastic helpful team who really do everything to help organise and accommodate changes and requests. Everything in the area is easily accessible but local knowledge is super helpful! We had a nigh**are with passports outbound from UK, so had to replan but the team here helped sort everything and it really has been the most magical trip.

The room was large and spacious with a beautiful Finnish feel. Having space to hang all our clothes to dry was excellent. The kitchen was great and we had most meals in the appar**ent as there was a large supermarket 10-15 minute walk away.
