We had booked a handicapped assessable suite with a roll-in shower. When we called the front desk to tell them the refrigerator was non-operational, the clerk, in a rude tone told us the hotel was fully booked, they did not have a spare to bring up and we could not get a discount because we had booked though a 3rd party (we had not asked for a discount She added that little gem on her own) It was not a handicapped accessible room, as booked. No roll-in shower, for example, or higher toilet. The drawers on the dresser were broken and would not close, They protruded into the room, creating a tripping hazard. We had to wedge them shut with a paper wedge. Some hooks on the back of the bathroom door would have been nice. This was a huge disappoin**ent, not up to Marriott standards.
