A Nostalgic Stay at the Part Hotel, Shanghai As a former resident of the neighborhood where the Part Hotel stands, my recent 12-day stay was more than just an accommodation choice; it was a journey through time and memories. Despite the challenges I faced with room changes due to some rooms having a lingering smell, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate me. Their professionalism and genuine concern for my comfort were commendable. Each request was promptly addressed, and the staff always wore warm smiles, making me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. Moreover, the location of the Part Hotel holds a special place in my heart. Being in the neighborhood where I grew up added a nostalgic touch to my visit. I enjoyed strolling through familiar streets, reminiscing about my childhood adventures, and rediscovering hidden gems in the area. For guests with a penchant for history and local culture, the hotel's surroundings offer a treasure trove of experiences waiting to be explored. However, it's essential to address the drawbacks. The aging facilities of the Part Hotel were noticeable, with some rooms showing signs of wear and tear. The recurring issue of unpleasant odors in certain rooms was disappointing, prompting me to switch accommodations multiple times during my stay. While the staff did their best to mitigate these issues, it detracted from the overall experience and left room for improvement in the hotel's maintenance. In conclusion, my stay at the Part Hotel was a mix of nostalgia, excellent service, and room for improvement. While the historic charm and personalized attention from the staff were highlights of my visit, the outdated facilities and recurring odor issues were areas of concern. Nevertheless, the hotel's unique ambiance and convenient location make it a compelling choice for those seeking a glimpse into Shanghai's past. With some refurbishments and attention to detail, the Part Hotel has the potential to elevate its offering and provide an even more memorable experience for guests.

The location was not so bad service was okay our room keys would not let us enter our room we had to get new ones twice. In the bathroom we found cockroaches would not recommend to stay here. Finding a parking spot was first come first serve.

My wife and I spent a night at the Best Western O’Hare after a long flight. We arrived late so had to wait for a little bit before the shuttle picked us up. The driver of the shuttle was very friendly and Bavana at check in was also very welcoming. Both were just what we needed after traveling for about 20 hours. The check in process was quick. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast the next morning was standard but great. They had coffee, juice, breads, cereal, waffles, eggs, bacon and sausage. Pleasant stay and would recommend for the price.

The shuttle took half a hour to arrived at the bus terminal. We had called a few times and they told us to wait a little longer because the bus driver was in the way. We arrived at the hotel almost 8:15. It took 30 minutes to check-in. The receptionist gave the wrong hotel card to another person and was triying make room arrangements. We got a little scared because the experience untill there was bad. Because it was late and will not be refundable, we had decided to stay at the hotel. The room was good, it was clean, there was towels and air conditioner was working. I have only two observations: the frigobar was noisy and the smell of cleaning products was too strong. Afterall, the hotel was not too expensive and we took 12 minutes to arrive at O`Hare airport. The checkout was fast and the bus shuttle as well.

Great experience! I will book this hotel again. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast included in my reservation which was nice, and their airport shuttle service was convenient.

推遲登機臨時找了個shuttle bus上車，雖然是快捷，但感覺Best West應該還不錯。離機場很近，shuttle bus坐十分鐘。床單毛巾的衞生和設施就不説了，半夜下大雨窗户漏水，給換了房間，但是剛躺下又被叫醒，説是房頂塌了，為了安全讓趕緊帶上所有物品下樓。下樓後給安排到了其他酒店，shuttle bus送過去後酒店讓交99美元，説BW會退還，結果始終未退。不過Shuttle bus司機不錯，看起來歲數不小了，又當司機又收拾被砸碎的玻璃，還得送客人去新酒店，忙裡忙外的不容易。

電梯該退休了，按鍵像開盲盒，僅有一部電梯，很舊，勉強能用。早餐還可以，乾淨美味，服務時間也很長。🈶24小時熱水和咖啡供應，看得出中國人在這裏落腳的不少，前台旁邊還能買到方便麪。酒店位置不錯，趕早班飛機很方便，提供免費班車，而且24小時都有，不用提前預約，每隔半小時一次來回機場。班車司機也挺友好的。房間衹能説馬馬虎虎可以住，房門鎖居然是壞的，地毯明顯很臟。作為趕早班飛機的臨時酒店，性價比還

房間蠻新的，入住時候也乾淨，就是入住後沒人打掃衞生，乾淨毛巾要去前台拿。疫情後第一來，不知道為什麼服務規則都改了？

房間不錯，整潔乾淨寬敞，洗漱用品質量不錯，早餐品種多，包含水果。有免費的shuttle，可隨時機場，衹有幾分鐘路程，很方便。

設施：一般，經濟型機場酒店， 衞生：整體不錯，房間、通道無異味， 環境：可以，大廳、餐廳小， 位置：靠近機場，有酒店班車，要提前聯繫，要等待， 服務：可以，熱情。 早餐：一般。品種少， 入住的人雜，小團體，個人，汽車家族多，

酒店有往來機場的免費班車，到了機場打電話幾分鐘就到了，服務很不錯，就是酒店的早餐太簡陋，可選擇的食物很少。

距離奧萊、中餐館、加油站、機場都很近 機場接駁車很方便
