Another good stay at the Leonardo. Use this hotel regularly for travelling to and from work. Pleasant stay and food was good.

Stayed from 18/12/2025-19/12/2025. I chose this hotel due to its close proximity to the airport, as I had a 6am flight to catch. The layout of the hotel is extremely confusing, and it was unnecessarily complicated to get to my room. At first glance, the room itself seemed decent, but I was genuinely bewildered by the lack of tissues. There were only three pieces of facial tissue poorly shoved in the box at the bedside. When I phoned reception to request more, I was told they could not provide any because the hotel had not ordered tissues. Surely this cannot be a serious issue in an operating hotel. He later mentioned that he was dealing with something else and would get back to me in 20 minutes to arrange an alternative. As expected, there was no follow-up, which was unsurprising given his tone during the conversation. The toilet also looked old and borderline disgusting, with visible stains or cracks on the mirror, and the bathroom facilities were clearly outdated. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel.

Definitely value for money ,smooth check in ,offered to wake me up for early flight - on the dot called me. Clean ,hassle free stay. Nice lounge area on 2nd floor

Avoid this hotel at all costs. The environment is dirty, the rooms are unbearably warm, and the restaurant manager, Vicky, has one of the worst attitudes I have ever encountered in the hospitality industry.

Room was roasting with no air conditioning, and tv was just for show it didn’t actually work

I arrived at the hotel at 10pm and wanted to get to bed as had to be up early, the occupent of the room nextdoor was having a conversation possibly on the phone and the walls are that thin that I could basically hear his whole conversation, I rang reception and explained this, they were very helpful and moved me to another room. This hotel is desperately in need of modernisation. The rooms there are the same as they were 18 years ago.

Although the room was a little dated, all the amenities were good. The shower could do with being updated as was quite old with little water pressure. Went to the bar and they had a good selection of drinks and food. Breakfast in the morning was also enjoyable. Staff were happy to help and kindly ordered us a taxi for the evening. Only gripe would be the parking situation, which frankly was disappointing. Many guests like myself arrived mid afternoon to a full car park with no spaces. Turned out this was because the hotel rents out spaces to offshore workers/holidaymakers. Fair enough as a side hustle, but at least keep a reasonable amount for your guests.

Very good and enjoyable stay.  Nice furnishings and rooms were very comfortable.  Breakfast very good too.  Have used this hotel many times due to its proximity to the airport.  Food and drinks are a bit pricey but Dyce Farm is nearby serving excellent food.

Second stay here. The room was better than the first. Very helpful of the hotel to allow us to keep our luggage for a couple of days while we were in Shetland
