Great location. It is quiet, even being situated on the main road. Great host, who personally took us to the room. Very clean and well maintained room. The only fault was the sheets were so crisp and fresh that it was loud when rolling over in bed!

Cannot recommend highly enough. We stayed here with our granddaughter for a night. The room was extremely clean & comfortable. The host was very friendly & helpful. Very close to shops & restaurants. Couldn't fault anything & would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Older style motel very well maintained with spacious room and renovated ensuite. Very comfortable bed. Great location across the main road from the beach and a short walk to shops etc. Owner very welcoming and staff very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Lovely clean motel with friendly staff. Given it was close to the main road, it was very quiet. The room was spacious and the AC worked a treat. (it was a 37C day!). It is very close to the beach and all the shops around Rosebud. I would definitely stay again.

This was not our first time staying at Admiral, and it won't be the last. The rooms are nicely updated, clean and well serviced. Neal is a great communicator. Its location is also really good. We really can't find any faults and look forward to returning in the future.

Had another great motel stay at the Admiral Motor Inn in Rosebud. The beds are great, amenities perfect. The host Neal ensures you have a relaxing stay and insists on seeing everyone before they go and ensuring they are happy with their stay. It's always my friends and I 'go to' motel in Rosebud, we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Room very clean and spacious Staff really lovely and go out of way to help only downside was we got back late the second evening ( we didn’t leave until late morning ) and the room had not been serviced. The coffee / milk hadn’t been replenished and bin not emptied. Had food waste and it was very hot day That said it was very comfortable and I think the above was just an oversight and we’d be happy to stay there again

This is my third(3) year in a row that I have stayed there! I would not stay anywhere else. As a woman, I feel safe. Nothing is too hard for Neal and his staff! My room was pristine, I could not fault it! It is walking distance to the beach, Cafes, or even getting the bus to Dromana, Sorrento etc.

Very nice rooms clean and tidy with more space than the average motel room. Bed was comfortable and the shower was good. No noise at all from other guests. The interior walls are brick so are quite sound proof. Great location near beach and shops. Very friendly and helpful manager. Will stay again
