Some of the workers were rude and the hallway smelled like **** and not a pleasant smell I will not be back here again and I will tell everyone I know not to come there it's wasn't very nice and the workers didn't tell you when breakfast was and was rude

I love staying at the American inn suites I'm here all the time the staff is great and the manager Jenn is amazing!!!

這個酒店基本上是沒有接機的，之前説不需要預約，到了打電話即可，後來又改口説必須預約去接機，在辦入住的時候預約了早上的送機，早上按時下去跟我説車有問題所以不能送了，所以我接送都沒有坐到shuttle bus。雖然最終攜程都幫助解決了，但是終歸不是什麼愉快的經驗，我在機場等了好久，因為打電話也沒人接。早餐可以約等於沒有，他們準備的那些東西估計國人都不吃，屬於很底層的白人早飯。酒店我是百分百不推薦的，對了，床比較硬，而且不是被子是毯子，按金收了我50美金退了40美金，無理由，我寫了郵件過去也沒有回覆。所以大家就不要踩坑了，還是另外選別家吧。

旁邊有 Wendy's 旁邊有 Wendy's 🍔，非常方便。

They man or woman were very nice give me toothpaste and uttensils. Very helpfull for everything. Thanks

Loud banging, slamming & doors & stomping all night! ********* pot smells all night in the hallway and rooms. Shuttle service was good.

Where to start? The person at the front desk also drives the shuttle, which means they are slow to pick you up, and people then wait at the hotel for someone to come back to check them in. Took us an hour to get the shuttle and to the hotel at midnight. Walk into room - lights dont work. Literally had no blankets in the room. In winter. Fridge - didn’t work. Heater - didn’t work (had to reset the GFCI button). Freezing cold in the room - took an hour to warm up. Again - the beds had a sheet ONLY - no blankets. In the bathroom, the wall had what looked like a three finger fecal smear on the wall (not joking at all). Breakfast at 7:30 had a total of two waffles to toast, and one English muffin. This hotel would maybe be worth it if the stay was free, but definitely not worth anything north of $20.

It was an over night stay for an early flight & convenient long term parking with free shuttle. it was nice and very friendly.

Very convenient shuttle service to the airport, 24/7 service and about 10 minutes away from the main terminal.

I was very satisfied for my price. Of course 60 bucks won't get you 5 star but the hotel was very clean and comfortable. I have no complaints. I would recommend American Inn for a short stay

Overall a good place to stay if you’re looking for a quick and last minute hotel. Good prices! Friendly & helpful staff!
