The staff was friendly and the location was good, but the air conditioning didn't work.

The reception is super! It is the hostel and you cannot expect the cleanliness as a hotel with this price. The toilet is ok and location is perfect, between the main station Termini and the sightseeing spots!. Love this

New Generation Hostel Rome Center exceeded all my expectations with its clean facilities, friendly atmosphere, and central location. Special recognition goes to Andrea, whose exceptional hospitality made my stay truly memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hostel for anyone visiting Rome.

A great option for female solo travelers, according to my experience the area was safe, near to most attractions and most of the staff were nice, willing to help and friendly. I enjoyed my stay here, would recommend!

I stayed in 2 people mixed bedroom. It has everything that I need. The staff is really nice and I love this place.

The location of the hotel was very nice. If you like walking, this will be an advantage. The reception is very friendly. They helped me both at night and in the morning when my phone broke down. The rooms and bathroom were clean. You don't need to bring a cabinet lock. I only deducted my score because we purchased towels and soaps with fee.

The good — location is great. Near walk to the colosseum. Just a short walk away from the metro which although confusing at first is fine after awhile Towels must be rented. Left baggage is chargeable. You can’t just leave it there but must pay a fee. Cleaning crew barged into my door while I was half naked without even knocking on checkout day before checkout time to clean my room.

This is a recommended hotel if you are not fussed about facilities, but the location is amazingly in the centre of Rome. The beds are comfy if you are okay sleeping in a single bed and travelling alone or in small groups. It is super safe, every room has lockers for each guest, so you dont need your own padlock. The toilet is kept clean too, but you better bring your own towel and cleaning products. Staff are friendly and very helpful so my stay was perfect. There was also piano at the ground floor which you can use to relax.

騙されないでください。 予約画面にはどこにも「女性専用」と記載されていなかったにも関わらず、「貴方が予約したのは女性専用部屋だからチェックインできない。返金もできないから帰ってくれ。」と追い出されました。 そう言うスタッフの態度は最悪でした。スマホをポチポチ触りながら、偉そうな態度であたかも自分達に非がないとでも言いたげな物言いです。 私は今まで20ヶ所以上のhostelに訪れましたが、ここまでひどい場所は初めてです。 この場所を検討されている方は辞めておく事を強くおすすめします。🤢🤮 ローマの旅行が最悪な気分になっても大丈夫な人はどうぞ訪れてください。

2박을 했고 다음주에 로마일정이 또 있어 1박 예정입니다. 웹체크인은 미리 했지만 제가 탄 비행기는 저녁 7시10분에 도착 예정이었는데 3시간가량 지연 운영되었고 피우미치노 공항에 밤 10시가 되어 도착했습니다. 트립닷컴을 총해 late check-in을 전달했지만 웹체크인이 무색하게 23시가 넘었기 때문에 3유로를 추가로 내야했습니다. 늦은 체크인에 대한 내용을 다른 분들도 아셨으면 합니다. 하지만 다른 부분들은 위치와 가격에 비례해 이해할만 합니다. 커다랗고 보안이 잘되어 보이는 사물함이 있는 점이 저는 특히 좋았고 주방을 이용하여 저렴하게 끼니를 해결했습니다. 좀 불편하더라도 로마에서 여행 비용을 아끼고 싶다면 이곳을 추천합니다.
