AD2015 Guest House

Due to a flight delay, we arrived a little late. The owners made arrangements to meet us there late and let us get settled. Our host Susan was very proactive in communications to make sure we knew where to go. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast consisted of pastries, fruit, cereal, coffee, and juice. It was delicious. The location is directly across the street from Vatican City and a strong walk to the Pantheon and Colosseum. I highly recommend this place for a stay. I would stay there again.

Very good hotel with a lovely host and at a great spot cloe by vatican city. the appartment is above the best icecream shops in town. the hotel is at a busy raod but you cannot hear it inside. large rooms and great beds. definitely come back.

The location was perfect, close to metro line bus stops and central location for tourism, overlooking St Peters Dome. The guest house itself is stunningly beautiful, exceptionally clean, spacious, wonderful breakfasts, we cannot fault the guest house at all. We stayed as a family with our 11 and 7 year old sons who both had full size beds (not sofabeds) which meant that they were both comfortable and slept well for the long days ahead. Cynthia is the perfect hostess, ensuring we had everything for our stay. If we were to return to Rome we would not hesitate to return to AD2015 Guest House.

Ci hanno avvisato dell'indisponibilità della camera per un presunto guasto al bagno (camera prenotata con quattro mesi di anticipo) solo due giorni prima e solo dopo che io li ho contattati per avere dei ragguagli sul check in. Che coincidenza!! E nessuna mano tesa per aiutarci a trovare altre sistemazioni. Esperienza pessima, una professionalità così scadente non l'avevo mai riscontrata prima. Un consiglio: non fidatevi, guardate altrove, rischiate di rimanere a piedi all'ultimo momento

Nous avons été très bien accueillis, les hôtes sont disponibles, discrets et très avenants. Un superbe emplacement situé à proximité de tout, en bas vous avez en plus un vendeur de glaces au top. Un conseil néanmoins, prévoir des boules quies au vue du bruit du centre pour des nuits pleines et reposantes mis à part cela un emplacement vraiment bien placé.
