Hotel in total was good with friendly staff, clean room and cozy small yard to spend time in the evening. The main concern is the awful sound proofing in the room. We hardly have slept 2 nights because you can hear everything your neighbors are talking and doing in their rooms.

The area around this hotel is full of non - Italians who are a bit rough looking living in not nice area. I could hardly sleep, noises from corridor was heard clearly inside my room. Staffs are nice people.

We booked Osimar as a last minute replacement as our other hotel had cancelled a few days before we travelled. And we are so happy that they did cancel! From the second we got there we loved everything about the hotel. The staff on check in were brilliant and gave us a tour of the hotel and where everything was located. They gave us a map of the city and a few refreshments to put in our fridge. The room was immaculate and perfect for a city break. The bed was comfortable and tv great if you wanted to watch a few films in between sight seeing. They even change your mattress everyday! The aircon was a life saver as it was 38 degrees. Our favourite feature is the old lift, it’s so quirky and we loved using it for getting up to our room. The breakfast was perfect, a good selection of pastries, meats and juices. The only downside is the distance from the city center but the nearest metro station is a 10 minute scooter ride or 20 min walk so nothing too bad. Overall it’s a fantastic hotel and I would tell anyone going to Rome for a sight seeing holiday to stay here! Grazie Hotel Osimar!

Ho fatto una gita scolastica a Roma, 5 giorni e 4 notti, il personale era assente, cena inesistente, pranzo scadente, posizione scomoda dal centro, box doccia senza maniglie, porta del bagno rotta, pulizie sc****, non hanno cambiato le lenzuola, frigobar non funzionante, muri sottili, si sentiva tutto anche se parlavi a bassa voce, colazione decente, siamo potuti entrare in albergo appena due ore dopo essere arrivati (siamo arrivati alle 12:35...) ed eravamo in 42 studenti più 4 professori, finestre che non si chiudono, entravano gli spifferi, 6€ di tassa di soggiorno ASSURDO, zero privacy verso le persone nei condomini accanto. Consiglio di NON andare in questo albergo, A NON RIVEDERCI HOTEL OSIMAR.

L’Hotel Osimar è di buon livello turistico, la colazione è buona, varia e abbondante, la posizione ottima per la vicinanza alla stazione Tiburtina (circa 20 minuti a piedi), alla metropolitana (circa 15 minuti a piedi) e alla linea 61 dell’autobus (fuori dall’hotel) che porta in piazza Barberini da un lato e al Maxxi dall’altro. Camere confortevoli e dotate di tutto il necessario. Il quartiere è tranquillo e contemporaneamente ben servito, non lontano dalla zona universitaria con vasta scelta di locali e ristoranti. Il personale è attento e disponibile. Da considerare in primavera la presenza di scolaresche.

Buon hotel. È situato a 10 minuti a piedi di distanza dalla metropolitana. Personale ottimo, la colazione è abbastanza vasta. Nell' ingresso del 3° piano c'è una leggera puzza. Le camere sono di media grandezza con un bagno davvero spazioso. La camera è dotata di condizionatore,televisione,armadio e una grande scrivania. Davvero ottimo

Eccellente struttura, personale molto cordiale, hotel in zona particolarmente tranquilla, caldamente consigliato. Pulizia eccellente, vicinanza con la stazione di Roma Tiburtina, ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. Hotel a 3 stelle, prezzi nella media.
