Lovely room in a great location. Everything was clean and well decorated. Great to be able to help ourselves to tea, coffee, biscuits etc in the general kitchen area. Worked better than having it in the room as it was 'compact' but had everything we needed. Rosa and Umberto were fantastic. So friendly and lots of information on what to do and where to go.

We stayed here for 3 nights and we were very good. The rooms were neat and very clean. Fantastic welcome from our hosts, who made us feel at home. They gave us great tips on typical restaurants, and places to visit. Although Rosa and Umberto are not always at the B&B, they are always available by phone. I highly recommend it

Small B&B but with a very personal and 121 level of service from Rosa and Umberto. Everything you don't get at a larger hotel we got from our lovely hosts including daily WhatsApp suggestions for breakfast, lunch, dinner and ice cream in various areas of Rome. Contactable by same WhatsApp 24 hours a day for any questions and would reply immediately. Room was perfect for a short three day visit to Rome. Very clean and comfortable. Nice, little personal and thoughtful messages keft each day. Location was excellent. Close to Colisseum, Roman Forum and Termini Station. We walked everywhere but local metro is less than 50m away. Would definitely book again and will recommend to friends and family.

We spent a few days in this B&B and it was awesome!!! Rosa and Umberto are perfect hosts. They gave us a lot of advice and were always available by phone during the whole stay. The room was nice and very clean! The location is fantastic. You can walk everywhere from there and cavour metro stop is just few steps away.

Rosa & Umberto are very nice hosts They welcomed me and all was in place Room was nice Very Good location as I have my habits, you need to walk to go to the barocco center but you are very close to the Coliseum and Roman vestiges Very good stay and souvenir I will come again ;-)

Piccolo b&b con posizione ottimale per chi arriva in treno. a metà tra la stazione e i fori romani/colosseo. Camere belle e pulite. Rosa e Umberto gentilissimi. Ci hanno fornito tantissime info utili per poter visitare al meglio Roma. Ci siamo trovati molto bene

Siamo stati ospiti del B & B per 3 notti. La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica, a 700m dalla stazione e a 100m dal Colosseo. Siamo stati molto soddisfati per l’accoglienza, per la pulizia delle camere e degli spazi comuni. Una nota di merito a Rosa e Umberto per la loro disponibilità e supporto durante tutta la permanenza, compreso il massimo impegno nel prenotarci un taxi perla serata di sabato, quando era tutto sold out. Se , in futuro ritorneremo a Roma, di sicuro saremo ancora loro ospiti. Maristella , Sonia e mariti

Es un apartamento con 3 habitaciones independientes cada una con su llave y un office/cocina a disposición de todas, Tiene cafetera, fregadero, nevera y tés, cafés, mermelada, tostadas y galletas por si quieres utilizarlo. Esta céntrico hotel n zona de Monti, con bares y restaurantes y sitios para desayunar en la zona. Conocimos a Humberto el dueño, que nos recibió el día de la llegada, y nos dio toda clase de explicación y consejos, fue encantador, luego los días que duró nuestra estancia nos siguió mandando recomendaciones por wasap, Muchos detalles también en la habitación que estaba decorada con gusto limpiaban todos los días la habitación y cambiaban toallas y sábanas como si fuera hotel. Por poner un pero, el agua de la ducha no tenía presión y a ratos salía algo fría
