This has been one of our favorite stays! It is tucked away and the owner was absolutely pleasant and so kind. We had plenty of complimentary snacks, *cold* water, and breakfast served to our room! The rooms were very clean and cozy, and everything felt very safe. You even get a 10% discount at the family restaurant next door, which is so worth it! An easy 5 min walk from the train station made it so convenient. We will definitely come back!

Stayed with our adult son in a three person room. Our earlier arrival schedule was accommodated with grace. All needs are met. Arranged for breakfast at another local bar given early departure schedule. Staff does its utmost to make one feel welcome and valued beyond what it is typical in Italy. Comfortable beds and bedding. Small treats in the room. Clean bathroom and extras provided. It is clear that the staff thinks first of all of those who are clients. Price so reasonable. Close to train station not requiring a cab ride. Up flights not difficult given elevator. Three adults may be better suited to two rooms. Effective communication. Wholeheartedly recommend.

We stayed as a family of 3 and found it to be great accomodation. The location is excellent, not far from the train station, which is very convenient. The room was spotlessly clean and we enjoyed the breakfast. Thank you for lending us an umbrella!

Central location to explore the sights, and around the corner from Termini station, so easy to get everywhere. Modern and spotless rooms, each with a boutique feel. The AC was very welcome during the heatwave! Breakfast is nice and delivered to your room, which you can have on the terrace. Really helpful staff too if you need organise things. We were in the amethyst room that worked for a family of 3 (2 x adults, 1 x 6 year old). You also get 10% off at the restaurant downstairs (La Famiglia) which is reasonably priced and has a wide-ranging Italian menu. The accommodation is on the 4th floor of a housing block - a lift is available.

Great value for money. The accommodation was clean and reasonably sized! The bathroom was the only small part so if you prefer a if shower this might not be for you. The location was the best easy to get into Rome! The staff were very helpful especially with our late arrival and waited to check us in! The breakfast the next morning in our rooms was such a bonus too along with the discount for the restraint below. I would definitely recommend for another traveller. However I think the building needs a smoke detector as the fire exit seems quite far away and it’s quite high rise...

I stayed at Gemme di Roma three times during the last ten weeks and would stay again. On my arrival in Roma they helped me with booking transportation from the airport to the accommodation. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is great. They are quite flexible with arrival times as well as mine varied from the morning to mid afternoon. I would recommend Gemme di Roma to all travellers.

This lovely guest house is a delight. The hosts have thought of absolutely everything to make a stay here comfortable and pleasant. Clean, comfortable room, excellent bathroom and a tasty continental breakfast provided Lots of amenities provided in the bedroom and bathroom. The location is excellent. This is a perfect base for exploring the city. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful place to stay! Close to everything, so convenient for walking & the owners are truly wonderful. Room was very clean & comfortable. They responded quickly to messages and helped us with arranging transportation. We would definitely stay here again.

Just spent three nights at this lovely boutique hotel. The rooms are well appointed and the staff members are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. We returned yesterday evening from sightseeing in Rome to be surprised by a couple small bottles of Prosecco and wine flutes. The location near Termini Station is very good with easy access to the Hop On - Hop Off buses and city buses. There are nice restaurants nearby as well.

Excellent place to stay,near to the railway station..Accommodation is clean and well looked after. The hosts are excellent and make you feel at home straight away.The bed was so comfortable. Thank you for a fantastic stay and making us feel so welcome Mark & Shaun.

We loved everything about this place, from the Old World feel of the neighborhood and the building (this boutique hotel is located on the 4th floor of an elevator apartment building), to the very friendly and helpful hosts/owners, to the SPOTLESS (important to us) amenities. The gemstone-themed rooms were fun, and the La Famiglia restaurant downstairs (make a reservation!) is wonderfully convenient when you’ve been out walking all day…the location of this place, just blocks from the Train Termini, makes walking to the station and to most sights absolutely doable. We’ve stayed twice in the last year, and we’ll stay again for sure. Thank you!

Abbiamo soggiorno presso la struttura per 4 giorni ed è stato fantastico. Struttura vicinissima alla stazione di Roma Termini, a due passi dal centro. La stanza era pulitissima, personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile ad aiutare. Vivamente consigliato. Quando torneremo a Roma sicuramente tornerò a soggiornare qui.
