It is a few minutes walk to Vatican City, very accessible to Restaurants, Groceries and there is also a laundry shop nearby if you need to wash your clothes. The property is a little bit old and need some few upgrades.

I had a lovely room with AC working Properly in such a heat it was a plus. The person Siman that deal with us, is friendly, servicial. Great location

Very good location. Simone is very helpful and responds very quickly for every question. Bed is a lit bit hard. I prefer a lit bit softer. But all together our staying was very good. Thank you

This location was great. It is in a safe neighborhood and you are able to walk around safely and easily. The space was clean and the check in was fast and simple. We had someone we could reach out to directly if there were any issues or questions, and we always had very quick responses. They even scheduled a car service for us to the airport which saved us the stress of finding a taxi early in the morning. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Rome!

The room was clean and very comfortable and the b&b was in the perfect location for visiting this wonderful city. The owner also was really kind and he gave us a lot of useful informations about our trip in Rome.

Abbiamo soggiornato tempo fa una notte in questo b&b vicinissimo a piazza San Pietro e alla stazione ferroviaria S. Pietro, il proprietario ci ha accolto prima dell’orario previsto dal check-in.. ma tutto questo non basta per assegnare un punteggio superiore a 2 stelle. Il b&b si trova in un seminterrato, cosa non indicata nella descrizione. La camera era sporchissima, polvere e capelli ovunque, tra il comodino e il muro affianco c’erano cumuli di polvere e “oggetti smarriti” probabilmente non era mai stato spostato, e abbiamo trovato pure peli *****i sulla tazza del wc. Veramente un soggiorno da dimenticare, peccato non aver fatto alcune foto che possano testimoniare

Una camera estremamente piccola in un appartamento in un seminterrato molto umido. L'appartamento è ben arredato e pulito, ma resta una stanza inospitale e non vivibile se non per dormire. La "zona colazione" è un piccolo angolo da condividere con gli ospiti delle altre 2 stanze, in cui non c'è spazio per sedersi, non ti viene certo la voglia di approfittare delle merendine e dei cereali. Bella la zona e il proprietario è cordiale, ma il prezzo è a mio avviso troppo alto rispetto a quello che offre.

Lo sconsiglio a chiunque... Stanza piccola e sporca, bagno non finestrato senza bidet e senza areazione. Sembra di stare sulla Tirrenia. Mattonelle del bagno e della camera luride. Una sola finestrella da a un marciapiede. Se apri la zanzariera è in condizioni pessime. La reception è nella stessa stanza dove si fa "colazione" (mai fatta in loco perché il posto è lurido con tostapane arrugginito). Il water perde acqua creando un odore orrendo. Rattoppato con nastro isolante. Mi sono vergognata di aver portato miei figli in un tugurio. Spero lo chiudano presto
