Santamaria Inn

Wonderful stay at Santamaria Inn! Excellent location, beautiful view of the streets and comfortable room. Rooms were clean, fully stocked with teas, yoghurt etc. the staff at reception were kind and helpful, as well as the cleaner who was very lovely. Only note: the walls are very thin and you can hear people in the next room, plus the doorwoman downstairs is not very nice. Other than that, great stay!!! We will definitely be back to stay here, when in Rome ☺️

Excellent communication pre-stay, manned desk on arrival and care making up the room. The room is sizeable with comfortable en suite. Cute decor and clean. Pastry to your door at 07:30 every morning is a real touch with coffee machine and kettle in the room. If you need anything else a shared kitchen is fully stocked to replenish. The only negative is that the walls indeed are paper thin. It’s not the place for a quiet stay as we’ve heard other people’s TV, phones and talking (but not because anyone is being inconsiderate). We recommend this place for a city break. As a pad to crash and take it easy in the morning before exploring it is just right. That’s because the location here is brilliant. From the airport: €1.50 bus then metro and 3 minute walk. To the Vatican City or tourist centre of Rome (Metro - Line A - Stop Vittorio Emanuele). Again €1.50 a ticket for unlimited travel for an hour and you can use contactless (no need for the ticket machine). We’ve otherwise walked everywhere each morning (15mins to Colosseum) (25mins to tourist centre). Thank you for a lovely stay.

I've spent three nights there, booked only beds without breakfast. Hosts are so nice, they gave us bottled water, yoghurt and fresh pastry every morning for free. There's kettle and coffee maker in the room, with coffee capsules, teas and snacks and we could also use kitchen. Everything was clean and fresh. I will come back.

I booked this hotel from lastminute.com and payed the amount they said. After some days i recieved an email when they asked to pay more money for this hotel. They will cancel If i don't pay more money. It's not correct so worst review for this hotel

Pay attention to this hotel, they accept our reservation but call us 1 week before our arrival for asking an extra 300€ for night to stay in their hotel! This is not allowed by Italian rules, we didn’t accept this blackmail and they however cancelled our reservation. They give our money back but We had a lot of troubles finding an other hotel last minutes and it was expensive. Rome is a magical and beautiful city full of wonderful hotel, just pick an other one and enjoy your travel.

Sono andato a Roma con la mia amica a marzo dal 24 al 27 ed abbiamo alogguato in questo piccolo b&b un po’ difficile da trovare ma molto vicino a Termini e comodo ad arrivarci. Arrivati accolti molto bene e gentilmente dal receptionist. Vi ha mostrato camera e spigato un po’ di cose. Ci da le chiavi per qualasiaisnora vogliamo entrare. Camera pulitissima, doccia bellissima anche, bagno molto pulito, letto comodissimo e stanza ben arredata. Vista guardino ma vabbè non ci interessava molto, cmw approvato!!!. Di notte silenzio assoluto bellissimo e tranquillo. Alla mattina abbiamo trovato la coalzione davanti alla porta. Non ci siamo lamentati percge era anche buona le brioche. Sempre salutati quando uscivamo ed accolti quando entravamo. L’ultimo giorno ci ha fatto mettere le valigie nella sala riposo . peccato che nn c’era una stanza per le valige ma va bene comunque ci fidavamo. Ed abbiamo fatto bene a fidarci. Li abbiamo ringraziati ovviamente del servizio ospitalità etc. E c’è ne siamo andati soddisfatti e felici. Avevamo letto un po’ di commenti del luogo e secondo me non lo rispecchiano del tutto… perché io e la mia amica ci siamo trovati contrariamente bene, anzi ci siamo anche sorpresi di quei commenti… comunque esperienza ottima e recensione positiva ovviamente inviata, quando riitornero a Roma se ci saranno ancora camere disponibili non esiterò a riiprenotare

Excepcional relación calidad-precio. Me alojé 4 noches y todo perfecto. Si volviese a Roma no dudaría en alojarme de nuevo allí. Le doy una nota de un 9. Por la mañana, te dejan unos croissants que están bastante ricos. El apartamento equipado al máximo.

Eines Vorweg: Das Santa Maria Inn im Viertel Termini ist nicht nur eine Unterkunft. Insgesamt gibt es drei Standorte mit unterschiedlicher Qualität. Wen man dies im Hinterkopf behält bei Buchung, kann man sich darauf vorbereiten. Wir hatten diese Situation, konnten es aber vor Ort klären. Die Lage des Santa Maria Inn wenige Minuten vom Bahnhof Termini entfernt ist perfekt, wenn man vom Flughafen mit dem LeonardoExpress in die Stadt fährt. Es sind lediglich 400 Meter. Auch direkt vor der Tür ist eine Bushaltestelle und die U-Bahn in weniger als zwei Minuten erreicht. Auch nur 3 Minuten entfernt ist die Kirche Santa Maria Maggiore - sehenswert. Für Romverhältnisse sind die Zimmer recht geräumig. Die Sauberkeit ist gut. Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße - da die Lage allerdings insgesamt recht ruhig ist, bringt dies sogar einen Vorteil - Blick auf die Kirche. Die Betten sind recht weich und wie in Italien üblich sind die Decken zweigeteilt aus Laken und Überdecke. Die Ausstattung ist in Ordnung - TV und Kühlschrank sind in jedem Zimmer vorhanden. Auch einen Schreibtisch und zwei Stühle sind vorhanden. Sehr gut gefiel uns die recht helle Gestaltung der Räume. Auch die Badezimmer sind geräumig und komplett ausgestattet. Auch hier ist die Sauberkeit top. Und endlich mal eine große Dusche :D. Das Frühstück besteht aus einer Plastiktüte mit einem Hörnchen pro Person und einem Kaffee oder Tee. Die Getränke kann man sich selber in einer kleinen Küche bei der Rezeption zubereiten. Wer aber Mitten in der Stadt keine Möglichkeit für ein Frühstück findet - dem ist nicht zu helfen. :D Da Italiener nicht selber zu Frühstücken pflegen, ist das so in Ordnung. Das Team an der Rezeption ist International, die Verständigung auf Englisch mit allem Mitarbeitern problemlos möglich. Immer ein nettes Wort auf den Lippen. Sehr angenehm.

Accueil chaleureux et personnel aux petits soins . Chambre propre et agréable . Localisation propice à la visite de la ville ! Petit hôtel agréable . Espace commun ( cuisine / espace détente ) agréable et fonctionnel . Aller et retour en autonomie durant le séjour , ce qui est hyper pratique . Cependant ne vous trompez pas sur l’adresse !
