Luxury Trastevere

We had the pleasure of staying in the Luxury Trastevere, the rooms were clean accommodations were great and host was really pleasant. The location was great! Church bells across the street were a tiny bit disruptive but we took it as part of the experience. :)

This is literally in the heart of Trastavere, an area of Rome that has an active night life (even more active than 2019) and you are in the center of an area overflowing with amazing restaurants. In fact you have to walk through the middle of the patio of one downstairs to get to the front door. Some positives: the room is fairly large and very well decorated. There seem to be only 4 rooms here-3 on the 3rd floor of the building and a steep staircase leading to the suite on the 4th floor. The unattended lobby area on the 3rd floor has a spacious kitchen/living room common area with coffee and tea available at all times. The room has a refrigerator with water (no sign of a mini bar) and is fairly large. The bathroom is excellent and very clean. Some caveats: the stairway is carved stone and fairly steep-it seems like it's on the second floor but it is really the third floor. There is little evidence of staff on site if you need anything, which is fine if you are a self starter and already know what you are doing. One slight warning for light sleepers-the local basilica right outside has a cool system for the neighborhood, one bell rings for the hour, followed by a higher pitch bell that rings once for 15, twice for 30 and three for 45. You can easily keep track of time in the area fairly accurately just by ear. However when the bells are ringing outside your room at 4 am every fifteen minutes like clockwork, you might not sleep very well. Overall, I am very glad I stayed here and would recommend the experience, you cannot beat this place for location. 3.5 stars

This is not a hotel. It’s more like a boarding house with no amenities, unless you like Nescafé instant coffee, or loud and drunk obnoxious party goers outside your window until all hours of the night. We were there for 2 nights and lucky to survive the treacherous stairs to get to our room. There is no staff to help bring the luggage up those stairs. Actually the owner or manager never showed up. The room was unclean ( someone who checked out left their clothes behind a chair which escaped the attention of staff). The website promises luxury, but what we got was misery, discomfort, and indifference. Don’t stay here. You’ll regret it!

Das Luxury Trastevere ist unser Hotel des Herzens, wenn wir in Rom sind. Wir fühlen uns dort wie zuhause. Augusto und Claudia sind immer erreichbar, so war die Ankunft und das einchecken kein Problem. Die Zimmer (wir hatten beide Zimmer im 2. Stock, und das dritte im 3. Stock mit schöner Terrasse durften wir anschauen, es ist eine sehr schöne Suite, die wir bei unserem nächsten Besuch auf jeden Fall buchen werden). Alle 3 Zimmer sind zauberhaft eingerichtet, man schläft auf bequemen Betten und hat eine schöne Aussicht auf die via della Paglia und den Glockenturm von Santa Maria in Trastevere. Die Fenster isolieren sehr gut, so dass man nachts wenig vom nächtlichen Treiben mitbekommt, zumal die Klimaanlage zuverlässig und leise funktioniert. Die Bäder sind hübsch, haben gute Duschen und es gibt jeden Tag frische Handtücher. Die begehbaren Schränke sind wirklich sehr geräumig, es gibt ausreichend Kleiderbügel und sogar einen Kühlschrank, der bei unserer Ankunft 2 sehr willkommene Flaschen Mineralwasser enthielt. Außerdem wichtig und ein angenehmer Service: es gibt eine Nespresso Maschine!! Das gemeinsame Wohnzimmer ist mit einer kleinen Teeküche ausgestattet. Gefrühstückt haben wir immer unten am Platz gegenüber der Basilika. Auch das hat für uns Tradition, der Blick auf diese Pracht ist unbezahlbar! Und das allerbeste ist, abends aus dem Haus zu treten und mitten im Viertel zu sein. Es gibt unzählige nette Restaurants und Bars, und nach einem schönen Abend nur noch die steile Treppe bewältigen und ins Bett gehen, was will man mehr! Apropos Treppe: es ist wunderschön, in einem Gebäude aus dem 14. Jahrhundert wohnen zu dürfen, aber man sollte wissen, dass die Treppe eben noch original ist und ziemlich hohe Stufen hat. Perfetta posizione in pieno centro di Trastevere. Stanze molto belle e pulite con vista spettacolare. C'è anche una stanza in comune con macchina da caffè e merende. Palazzo d'epoca con bellissimi soffitti di legno. Tutte le attrazioni di Roma sono nelle vicinanze.

Ci siamo trovati ottimamente. La salita al secondo piano senza ascensore è sicuramente un handicap, ma è ampiamente ripagata dall'accoglienza ricevuta e dalla disponibilità riscontrata da parte del personale. La camera è perfetta. Pulizia accurata, letto comodo, servizi igienici completi, dotazioni accessorie quali TV, macchinetta per il caffè, ecc. La finestra si affaccia sulla via sottostante frequentatissima dai turisti e offre una vista dei tetti romani e della piazza Santa Maria in Trastevere. Disponibile uno spazio comune agli ospiti della guest house con annessi grande frigorifero, cialde e merendine per una prima colazione, divano. G.G. Pepe

Buongiorno, ho soggiornato per una notte, con la mia famiglia, in questa struttura. Sono rimasto piacevolmente soddisfatto per l'eleganza, la pulizia e l'impagabile posizione nel cuore di Roma. Nelle immediate vicinanze è possibile inoltre degustare le prelibatezze che la cucina romana offre. Spero di poterci tornare quanto prima. Grazie per l'accoglienza

Die Unterkunft mitten in trastevere ist wirklich perfekt gelegen und wunderschön. Die Vermietung lief easy und die Vermieterin war äußerst hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer verfügt über alles, was man für eine angenehme Unterkunft benötigt und wie gesagt: Lage, Lage, Lage. Besser geht es nicht und die Müll und Glassammler in den frühen Morgen Stunden haben uns manchmal geweckt aber wenn man in der Stadt wohnen will, ist das ebenso. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa guesthouse nel cuore di trastevere in una camera deluxe molto curata, arredata con gusto e con un ampio bagno. La camera è silenziosa malgrado la posizione. Abbiamo avuto un problema di ritardo all'arrivo e la responsabile ci è venuta incontro con molta gentilezza.
