One of the worst hotels that I have ever visited. Imagine that you walk to your room and see more than 50 cockroaches on your bed. shocking and disgusting. I reported to the reception and their reaction was more horrible. They decided to change room after a long argument with them. One other horrible issue was that the hotel was accommodating lots of sex workers to pretend that they were normal guests. They were brought from other country to work for the hotel and get free room. I just wonder why they still have their licence.

In 40 years of travelling and having stayed in 100's of hotels worldwide ranging from 2* right up to 5* I can truthfully say this is the worse hotel I have ever stayed in hands down. Some of the staff were very friendly and some of them were downright rude but it was the rooms that were unacceptable. Thankfully we stayed only 2 nights. The rooms were dirty and damp and lacked even the most basic facilities. The first room we stayed in had black mould growing everywhere and as an asthmatic that can be hazardous. The carpet was filthy, nothing in the room looked like it had been polished ever, there was thick dust on the skirting boards and the bed was damp. There was a kettle but no tea, coffee or milk to go with it. The door to the cabinet that housed the fridge was hanging off its hinges. We were given one towel between 2 of us and had to ask 4 times before another one was brought up. To make matters worse there were 3 night clubs in the hotel and music thumping until 2am. We complained so they changed our room to one with a balcony. To be honest it wasn't much better than the other one but at least the bed wasn't damp. The real shame is that at one point this hotel has been really nice but its been allowed to deteriorate to such a point its perhaps beyond repair. It could certainly do with a good clean but i doubt it would measure up to 3 stars even with that. It shouldn't have a star rating at all. If health and safety inspected it i'm sure it would be condemned. We went up to the pool on the roof hoping to enjoy a few drinks in the poolside bar. No such luck. The stairs up to the pool had been carpeted and the carpet was threadbare and ripped. Again if you weren't careful you could have tripped over the carpet. The bar was shut. There were no beds by the pool.

this is sad, but staffs are not friendly and not even helpful, we asked for an extra pillow but they gave us without pillow case and worst it has stains on it, the facilities are not well maintained too, we are on the non smoking area but still you can literally smell someone is smoking... one of the worst hotel we've been to.

The Hotel looks nice but when you were inside, staff are unfriendly, not willing to help. my room lock was not working (battery on lock is dead). To my surprised when I get back from outside my room was open, luckily I didn't lost anything. No towel in the room, had to call them 4x, telling me it's coming 30 minutes later it didn't come, I had to get down to the reception and asked personally. in the advertisement it says it has iron one of the reason I booked my room because i needed an iron for my suit to be wear the next day, but no iron when I entered. They actually provide when I requested same asking on towel, but they given me a dirty one with sticking something in the palate but I had no choice but to used it as I needed to iron my cloth. kettle and coffe and tea as advertise but nowhere to be found in the room actually. Shower was broken, bed was tarnish, that inside of the bed start coming out. the room is so noisy from the 2 club downstair and from the massage room next to my room. All in all my entire stay was a disaster as a worker like me. But if you just looking something just to sleep in this one is fine.

First and foremost, I don’t get what I paid. There are much better Hotel that gives the same rate which they’re offering. Apart from that, don’t be easily fool with their advertising a lot of extra charges will be added, how come they’re charging us for a cleaning fee. The room is terribly dirty. I requested for a housekeeping which one lady came wearing a slipper and insisting that the room is clean and there’s no need to clean or to be transferred to different room. How come that their staffs are wearing slipper. Staffs are very rude, unprofessional. You can hear the sound of the noise in the room beside to you. No towels, I used tissue just to dry myself after shower. No bottled water. AC is not working. Everything in this Hotel is totally disgusting. It’s my mistake that I didn’t check the reviews first but whatever negative reviews you will see everything are true. So better not come in this Hotel. DTCM should do something about them to take action. #neveragain

We would never recommend anyone this property, because of poor hospitality & unprofessional staff. From the front office department the staff who's working here they don't know hospitality, they don't know how to treat their guest , atleast a pleasant face and appearance would do a great thing. The female staff in charge of check in process was really rude and very unwelcoming in nature. No greeting, no proper communication, with all these to experience at the check in itself was totally a very unpleasant experience. What we observed when waiting for check in was the hotel staff from different departments having a conflicts among themselves in front of the guest which is very unprofessional. They were actually fighting over room allocation in front of all the guest waiting for check in. You can imagine how unprofessional the whole scene would look like if you were to visit for a pleasant and welcoming stay. There was no in house telephone in the room and this was not informed even to us during the check in process by the female staff at the front office. What we experienced doesn't even come to a point for rating the hotel for a 1 star level. The room that was given in the beginning was very untidy and not attended to. Bathroom was just in the worst hygiene level. If anyone is trying to opt for this property, kindly rethink if you are looking for a hospitality ambience. Which you will never be able to experience. The guest deserves a pleasant stay as they are the ones who pay for their stay and it's the responsibility of the hotel to make sure their guest move out with a pleasant experience.Atleast guest expect trained staff with some kind of etiquette.

It was my most interesting stat in a while. There was a huge argument when i arrived with a different customer. I checked in and went to my room, where I found it occupied. Was issued a new room and it was in various stages of disrepair. From hanging router in the entryway, mouldy tub, no latch on the window, even the mirror had obviouslybeen replaced , but they didnt bother removing or aligning it with the old one. The staff was friendly, to me anyways Overall.... Grungy
