酒店位置坐公交地鐵都不太方便，早餐品種少，沒有蔬菜和水果，設施陳舊，花灑搖搖欲墜，洗澡水忽冷忽熱，沒有洗衣房，達不到四星級。

Struttura in grado di offrire parecchi servizi e possibilità. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Forse manca un po di manutenzione di piccolo calibro (qualche lampada da sostituire e lo stipite di qualche porta da sistemare) ma nel complesso il giudizio e senza dubbio positivo.

Hotel dotato di ogni comfort. Centro commerciale nelle vicinanze. Ristorante sul posto. Vicino presente stazione Togliatti. Consigliabile con la macchina. Ampia disponibilità di parcheggio all'esterno.

Prima hotel eten in restaurant viel tegen ontbijt was daarentegen weer prima Al met al niet super niet luxe beetje oud maar wel netjes en schoon vriendelijke mensen en om de hoek twee prima restaurants Vlees en Pizzeria Al met al een fijn verblijf

Decent for a 4 star hotel but very far from touristy place if using public transport. No veg breakfast options. Hot water issue through out the hotel not suitable after a trying day. Staff is really good, sweet, helpful and condition of property is also pretty good.

Personale disponibilissimo e delizioso ma struttura usurata e poco manutenuta/curata. Bagno con sanitari crepati, arrugginiti e ingialliti, muri da riverniciare, vetri esterni mai puliti

Con's: Despite modern looking room online, room had lots of wear and tear and not very clean especially the bathroom. Walls were very thin. Breakfast was the same every day and very limited, food very stale and no hot food apart from scrambled eggs (after 2 days we bought breakfast from the large Spazio Conad store opposite as we could not eat the breakfast anymore). Pro's: Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy. Getting the 10-15min train in to central Rome every day via Palmiro Togliatti station saved us a lot of money (5min walk away, most trains arrived on time, tickets booked via TrainLine app, be aware station very run down so did not go there at night!). Nice shopping mall opposite the hotel. Disappointed that the hotel fell below the standard expected for a 4* hotel and I would not stay here again. Many thanks to the staff, they were great.

The area in terms of places that were open in the evening, was interesting, but transportation options to getting there were few and inconvenient (45 min by bus to train station). ******* did not clearly state city centre accessibility was limited. Would have appreciated some clarity about location accessibility, as we did not have a car. Also, we had booked for 2 people, and were expecting at least 1 double bed. It ended up being 2 single beds as no other room was available. No alternative options.

The price was good in relation with the room. The food at the hotel restaurant was good too.

It's a pretty good hotel It is a little far from the center of Rome, but the facilities are clean, the staff are friendly, and the breakfast is excellent Sometimes, group tourists check in at once, so the lobby is crowded, so it's quite a lobby to stay except when it's crowded.

je déconseille fortement, c'est un hôtel qui mérite à peine 2 étoiles. de l'extérieur il parait bien mais à l'intérieur tout est délabré le lobby, les ascenseurs, le couloirs les chambres absolument tout. ils ne font qu'amasser l'argent AUCUN investissement effectué, il est dans un état d'abondant déconcertant. nous avons passé une semaine sur place sans frigidaire car TOUS les frigidaires de l'hôtel étaient à l'arrêt alors qu'il a fait pendant cette semaine plus de 40 degrés à l'extérieur. c'était tout simplement un calvaire. Le petit déjeuner est très limité mais passable. L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier très pauvre et éloigné de tous les transports publics. Y a aucun intérêt à jeter son argent dans un taudis pareil qui ne témoigne d'aucun respect vis à vis de sa clientèle. il a réussi à gâcher mes vacances en Italie.
