Todo perfecto, limpieza, servicio inmejorable, volvería sin duda. Mejoraria el desayuno , poca variedad, todos los dias lo mismo, pero el servicio y la amabilidad del personal buenísimo.

Perfecto para pasar unos días en Roma, todo tipo de transporte público muy cercano pero el desayuno algo escaso.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good, though a little poor selection. The hotel is situated close to Santa Maria Maggiore, one of the most beautiful churches I have seen. We had everything we needed in the area, and the sightseeing buses stops 5 min walk from the hotel. The people working at this hotel are very nice and helpful. We heard no noice from the streets from our room, and the hotel was very peaceful to stay at.

We stayed at DNB for business and then for a few days of sight-seeing. I liked the bedroom and loved the bathroom. Many major sights were easy to reach and Via Cavour itself is a road to explore. Most of the staff were friendly and professional. Good coffee for breakfast and a selection of sweet pastries, cheese, salami, bread and fruit. It is ideal for a week in Rome!

Had booked to stay here for a few nights due to the great location and good reviews along with amazing photos of the hotel rooms being shown but unfortunately when I arrived I instantly became aware that all that was fake. The wifi is absolutely TERRIBLE doesn’t work at all, breakfast is disgusting. You can’t even go up to the terrace and most of the food is either plain or disgusting looking. Rooms have uncomfortable beds and no glasses, kettle, safe, mini fridge or anything of the sort along with the fact that the room itself is old and genuinely ugly unlike the photos. Bathroom was small with small stains on the tiles and finally the staff are not friendly AT ALL. Front desk did nothing to help us when we asked for advice on where to eat or even just simple things like “what times breakfast?.” On top of the unfriendliness the front desk was also extremely slow when it came to checking us in, extremely disappointing. Overall this hotel is nothing like how it’s portrayed on websites. The one good thing about the hotel was the location, nothing else. If I could give this hotel 0 stars then I would.

This hotel (better to call it guest house) was the worst accommodation I have ever had around the world. There’s no safe box, no minibar, no proper essentials, Air conditioning not working, bathroom sink not working, and many more technical issues. On top of that staffs and receptionists are all rude, impolite and aggressive. Plus, against all hotels you can’t have a visitor and this has not been mentioned on their policy. Due to all these issues I contacted *******, and surprisingly even ******* could not convince them to cancel my booking and then I could move to another hotel. They refuse to help and simply ignore your requests. This hotel ruined my Rome trip and turned it to a torture, where I couldn’t use the shower properly due to the sink issue, couldn’t sleep properly, due to the lack of air conditioning and many more issues.

Likes: - 10 min walk from Rome Termini & 15 min from Colosseum - Large rooms - Breakfast was OK Dislikes: - Bathroom really outdated - Whenever subway pass, you can experience a small earthquake - Towels were not cleaned well and had lots of yellow spots on them - horrible wifi

Stayed here recently with a friend ref visit to Rome. Room was beautiful. Clean. Well presented. Good shower. Yes sound of metro nearby but heck just a small throbbing sound. Pleasant to be honest. Breakfast mmm. One day giving stale baked goods by a member of staff who seemed quite scared of you as a guest!! ( in wrong job maybe). She seemed to treat people who worked there very differently from the guests. Mmmm On second occasion with a different operative breakfast was so much better. And pleasanter. Thanks second lady. These times are hard for everyone. Not just some. My friend and I had to go through a whole rigmarole of swabs passes continuous checks just to enter Italy. Difficult and stressful. We chose to come to Rome because I personally love the city. We have been vaccinated. And swabbed. Can prove. So the lady was rude I thought. Unhelpful. Almost didn’t want us near her. My friend works as an expert on safety procedures ref medical issues. She mentioned non latex glove usage. Hopefully this hotel will listen to medical advice ref their safe and hygienic use. As a medic myself cannot stress how important safe usage is. The reception staff were excellent. They are front of house too. A beautiful well kept establishment.

Nos dieron una habitación para mi marido y para mi de dos camas individuales cuando en la reserva eran dos camas juntas y en la imagen así era. Al entrar en la habitación y darnos cuenta, bajamos a hablar con el señor de la recepción para que nos ubicara en una habitación acorde, además, al precio que habíamos pagado. Nos contestó de muy malas formas y nos pidió 150€ más para darnos la habitación que desde un principio ya habíamos pagado. Mi marido y yo decidimos irnos del hotel, cuando cogimos las maletas y estábamos ya en la puerta para irnos, el señor nos persiguió y nos dijo que nos reubicaba por el precio de 90€ (ya no por los 150€ iniciales), teniendo en cuenta que eran las 2 de la madrugada, aun sabiendo que nos estaba estafando porque ese dinero se lo iba a quedar para el, accedimos a pagar el dinero y quedarnos. Destacar que viajábamos con un amigo y él eligió y pagó la misma habitación exactamente que nosotros y a él le dieron la habitación correcta. El trato del señor que nos atendió en recepción fue lamentable. Nos han estafado y no recomendaríamos este hotel por nada del mundo.

Sono stata con la mia a amica per il concerto Circomax di sabato. L'Hotel Basilica è davvero accogliente, facile da raggiungere in auto, silenzioso e carino. Appena entrate ci ha accolte Alessandra, persona solare, porfessionale e davvero gentile e ci siamo subito sentite a casa. La struttura è un ex convento, con quadri religiosi molto belli, camere accoglienti e un buffet colazione abbondante e buono. Il parcheggio davvero comodissimo, la posizione strategica, vicinissima a metro, Colosseo e nel quartiere Monti, che è ben frequantato fino a tarda ora. I prezzi nella media. Ci siamo trovate benissimo e sicuramente torneremo.

Il Basilica hotel è una struttura rinnovata recentemente. Camere ampie e molto pulite e insonorizzate. Buono il letto. Bello il bagno con una doccia adeguata. Ottima la colazione per la categoria 3 stelle. Personale attento e professionale. Le uniche note negative sono il wifi ( ma alla reception ci avevano informato di problemi dovuti a lavori) e le campane del vicino campanile...un po invadenti al mattino. Torneremo in una prossima visita a Roma. Pablera e signora
