Such a delightful place to stay! We were in the two bedroom/two bath apartment run by the hotel. The apartment is on a small, quiet street in a charming neighborhood, with wonderful restaurants nearby and easy walking access to major sites throughout the city. The apartment exceeded our expectations, plus the hotel communication was prompt, clear, and so helpful, with wonderful restaurant recommendations. When we return to Rome, we will definitely stay here!

This was a great place to stay! The staff was very nice and they provided a great Italian breakfast every day. The location was also perfect. 10-15 minute walk to anything you’d like to see. Stay here to easily explore what Rome has to offer!!!

The location was absolutely perfect! The place was easy to find, very clean, breakfast was tasty and staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable, dark and quiet. Campo de Fiori piazza is just right around the corner. I am so happy we stayed here and will again when I come back to visit.

Location is great but building and rooms need work and are overpriced for what you get. Staff were helpful but issues with noise from above tenants on the old timber floors was unbearable. Water pipe noise also and in need of upgraded smart tv and better wifi for the $. 2 flights of stairs to access and also which is difficult for lots of luggage.

We’re a family of 4 and stayed here for a few nights in August. First thing to say is that the location is excellent, loads of great eating/drinking options in the immediate vicinity and walking distance to pretty much all the major sights in Rome (including over the river to Trastevere and the Vatican). For an affordable option in a central location in Rome, it would be very hard to beat. Hotel itself is more of a hybrid between a hotel and an apartment. Rooms were very clean, air-conditioned and well looked after, although space definitely at a premium (no outdoor space in particular) – as you’d expect for an affordable place in such a central location in a capital city. We found the lack of space to be quite a challenge with small children after long days traipsing round the city in the summer heat, although likely to be less of an issue for those travelling without kids. The hotel is hard to find from the street – basically a door next door to a bar and then unfortunately a steep climb up some stairs (there’s no lift). Breakfast is served in a very small space but its much better than we’d expected - they offer loads of really nice options and have a member of staff on hand to serve etc. Staff were excellent – great English and very helpful throughout, recommending places to eat/drink and showing us how to get around etc. As its more of an apartment than hotel, the reception is unmanned for a lot of the day but they’re contactable – we got accidentally locked out of one of our rooms, and they were easily contactable on the phone and happy to tell us where the skeleton key was. And they were very helpful via email with some queries we had before we got there. Only slight issue would be around transfers. We arrived by train at Termini station, and headed back there when we left, and both times we booked a transfer through the hotel. These were very expensive and you’d be better just getting a meter taxi from the street – there were loads around and they are significantly cheaper.

Our family of 5 stayed in their annex apartment a few minutes walk away from reception. Everything was clean, comfy beds, plenty of towels, friendly staff. Would stay here again

Excellent service and mainly the concern of Sara and her team. informing us of all the steps of how to get to the apartment and being available for any questions. Very concerned about helping us with everything!

Awesome service. Everyone is so helpful. Great location and super easy to get to all the sites.

Wonderful location. Amazing staff. Super helpful. Breakfast was great. Will stay there again if back in Rome. The only issue was that the internet signal in our unit was very slow.
