Suggest to the owner to provide the details of access in advance so that travelers are able to get prepare when arrival. A little bit stressed during check in. Location and safety wise are very good. Just check in take a little bit time. Like the room, clean and owner provide the welcome gift 😄. However, lift also make us stressed when check out. malfunction -- it's a long way to carry luggage down to level 1 Easy access to public transport. Nice 👍

Location was great. The shower is super tiny. A large person could not use it. The big issue was that the staff gave the passcode to our room to another patron who opened our door at 1 in the morning. Not acceptable.

The #1 benefit of this hotel is that it directly across the street from Roma Termini (the main train station). If you fly in, take train to this station. Exit to the left and it is directly across the street. Extremely convenient. For a private little studio, it was great. Nothing fancy. Super practical. And, it has a shared kitchen with a washing machine. Took a little while to figure it out. Just wash on quick cycle and they have a clothes hanger in room to let them dry. Also- it has GREAT WiFi Overall, would highly recommend it!

It took me more than one hour to check in. The building's elevator was stuck on the 7th floor. My room is on the 11th floor. I waited more than 30 minutes in the hot lobby and had to walk up to the 7th floor to get the elevator down to the lobby.

A safe and clean place to stay. Some minor issues but the staff were extremely helpful and went the extra mile. Great people.

1. The room is on the 11th floor, the old elevator is too narrow. A medium and a small luggage could barely fit in, and it has two doors for you to hold on to just to be able to get in or out, it’s annoying. 2. I was happy that the lady waited for me and let me leave my luggages before check in time. 3. I noticed the bed was messy when I got in at 2:30. She said she’ll take care of that so I had to step out and to come back at 3. Bed was not done when I came back at 4 pm. I had to step out again and texted her bed is messy it has to be cleaned by 6 pm. Come 7 pm, they fixed the bed but the pillows have no cases, the comforter has no duvet cover. 4. Two guys opened the door without knocking, I was half naked, they did not even apologize, they only spoke Spanish, and pointed at the bed so I understood that they came to fix the bed and provide towels for me. I was kind of embarrassed and annoyed at the same time. Why so late? 5. The shower door frames were broken. There’s no soap dispenser or anything to put your shampoo or soap on except the floor! 6. Location is convenient because it’s right across Roma Termini, but the area is bad unfortunately, you always have to watch your back or carry your valuables in front of you. I don’t recommend this place for those who are looking for a comfortable hotel stay. This is an apartelle or maybe a hostel. 3 out of 5.

Siamo stati in questa eccellente struttura a settembre e, considerando i viaggi frequenti a Roma, ci torneremo certamente. E' ottimamente collegata, sia perché è vicinissima alla stazione termini (treno, metro, bus) sia perché è vicinissima alla zona commerciale e turistica . Struttura ben organizzata, comoda, pulitissima e nuova. Praticamente il massimo che ci si può aspettare quando si soggiorna in strutture del genere, sia per lavoro che per turismo.
