Giường thoải mái, nhân viên thân thiện. Nhưng có một chút hạn chế đối với vị trí cách ga tàu điện ngầm và ga tàu điện ngầm Rome một khoảng cách. Xung quanh khách sạn không có nhiều lựa chọn ăn sáng nên phải mua bữa sáng của khách sạn. Bữa sáng cơ bản và ngon miệng do khách sạn phục vụ nhưng cà phê thì tuyệt vời.

Good location. Good service. I didn't have breakfast, so I cannot opine. For a last minute booking, I was surprised by this hotel. It's close to the Roma termini. If you don't mind walking, it's possible to walk from the hotel to the main wonderful main attractions of Rome. It's good value for money.

I’m travelling a lot. I can say I never had a worse experience. I booked a twin bed for my friend and myself. Upon arrival, receptionist asked us to pay additional 74€. We were soaking wet as rain caught us. Despite asking them to give us room to change our clothes before sorting payment they wouldn’t do it. Coming to room was even worse disappointed. It was a double bed. Although the manager confirmed the booking for twin bed receptionist said it means only if they have them and they don’t. But this was never communicated that twin beds are subject to availability. Receptionist was rude and asked me to pay another 150€ to get a second room. Finally he gave me the room that was the only room on the roof. It was November and 1C outside. I was freezing. Air conditioning wasn’t working well and it was incredibly loud at night as roof had many ventilation outputs. It’s not too close to the centred and it’s 20 min from Termini. Just when I thought it can’t get worse. In the morning room phone was ringing. Receptionist was calling at 9am on Sunday to tell me I need to leave the room by 12!!!! Awful and outrageously bad experience and service.

Everything was great Only the location of the hotel was not far but on the other side of town where it seemed there were no tourists

Location and neighborhood was nice, place was clean, male staff were very helpful, female staff was unpolite tho when I was asking for room to be cleaned. In general I would recommend this place for stay.

The hotel facilities as well as the services were excellent! The only downside is that it's not really suitable for tourists who don't have a car to stay, because the transportation in Pisa is really inconvenient, if you unfortunately miss the last bus on the day you come to Pisa, then congratulations, your journey from the train station to the hotel will be very bumpy! (But I think you can call the hotel and ask them to help you contact a cab company) But the hotel staff was really great, they helped us contact TAXI to take us to the train station, to the Leaning Tower of Pisa, and there were also shared bikes in front of the hotel that you could swipe and ride away. If you are on vacation with family and friends then this hotel is great, the rooms are huge with floor to ceiling windows and a huge garden and pool.

Room was very clean, staff were very friendly and welcoming. They had lockers to use for free to store luggage before check in which we found very useful. There was a tram line a 2 minute walk around the corner which took you to policlinico metro in 5 minutes. The only downside for us was the bed was a little firmer than we would have liked, but still comfortable enough.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is near to the train station and easy access to bars and restaurants.

Good value, well kept, no frills. Location means you can’t walk everywhere but you know this before booking so can’t fault them on that. Think the quality for the price is a lot better than many of the hotels in Rome

In some aspects, the experience at this hotel is comparable to that of a Starbucks or a contemporary McDonald's. Everything a person could possibly need, along with all contemporary equipment, is included, and the decor is excellent. a door without a key. auto check-in refreshments and presents. I could fit my laptop inside the safe. I'm grateful for it. For younger folks, I believe this structure works well. Staff was kind and supportive. I'd want to thank them.
