Nice hotel. Good staffs.

地段沒有威斯汀和萬豪那麼好，但勝在酒店還新。都是新裝修的房子，衞生很乾凈，不鄰街的好處就是環境安靜。很喜歡他家的沐浴露，外面逛完回來洗個澡很舒服。不喜歡的是沒有提供免費的水，明天要買回來。雖然房間實際面積小，但是酒店做了很多功夫讓人不覺得小。整體上很舒服。樓頂的酒吧景色很好。早餐還OK吧，每天都一樣的。

索菲特酒店🏨衞生很好，設施也好，環境可以；早餐美味可口，餐廳服務人員態度比較禮貌周到，保持微笑；遺憾的是意大利🇮🇹羅馬Sofitel索菲特酒店🏨人員不知道是怎麼回事了呢？有史以來住過的五星酒店裡麪態度最差的，到門口酒店服務人員從來不會給客人們拉門（據觀察不止我們哈），滿嘴聊天內容各種不禮貌滿嘴臟話🤬，素質令人驚愕不已，態度各種令人無語，不禮貌，不周到，不服務，不知道自己的工作內容和工作態度。難道是意大利🇮🇹的Sofitel索菲特酒店🏨不僱傭合格素質人員？或者公司不負責員工培訓嗎？或者公司工資給的不滿意？或者意大利🇮🇹羅馬工作人員就是這樣的呢？（其他入住的意大利🇮🇹酒店工作人員是表現禮貌的！！！）或者這幾位專門來工作的Sofitel索菲特酒店當上帝的呢？ 僅供大家參考哈。

Renoviertes Hotel mit fantastischer Sicht auf Rom auf der Roof-top-bar, die auch als Restaurant / Frühstücksort dient. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Ausstattung ist einem 5-Stern-Hotel angemessen, die Qualität des Essens ist eher 4-Stern-Niveau.

Amazing romantic getaway! Hotel is beautiful, service is impeccable and overall just perfect. We loved the breakfast buffet, the concierge were on point and front desk always friendly. The room was very clean and well appointed. We had a great amenity in the room as we were celebrating our 10 years anniversary. Thank you Sofitel Rome

First time to Rome Italy what a wonderful first impression! Upon arrival.greeted with outstanding service front the front door to the fro t welcome desk, the concierge outstanding and helpful. The roof too restarant service outstanding, The waiters and waitress outstanding Claudio and glordana and Gabriella Way beyond outstanding 5 Stars!

Our second stay in Sofitel Roma Villa Borghese this March was even better than year before. See our review ***** ”Sofitel Roma Villa Borghese – a sophisticated five star experience in Rome” Jul 2023. We booked a suite and to our very pleasant surprise we got one with a jacuzzi on the terrace! And there was also our favourite bubbly on ice waiting for us. So there we were sipping bubbly in the bubbles looking down to the wonderful skyline of Rome with St. Peter's Basilica. And as before everything worked perfectly. The reception was friendly, attentive and very professional. Housekeeping with daily turn down service kept our room spotless. Restaurant and bar Settimo was top-notch for both dinner and breakfast. Room service was excellent and fast. We have had some doubts about Sofitel brand lately due not so good experiences in Barcelona, Strasbourg and Lisbon but this hotel is truly for honour to Sofitel brand. We will definitely come back! Thank You!

Very nicely situated in the Villa Borghese area. Front desk and concierge staff were excellent. Room was beautiful. Rooftop restaurant view was amazing. We went to the rooftop for breakfast, lunch and dinner. All meals were very good and accommodating to various dietary requirements. Walking distance to the Spagna Metro station and buses.

WOW! For us, the fantastic rooftop view of Rome every morning while we had breakfast made our Rome experience super special! The staff, service and location were TOP NOTCH. Our room was very comfortable and had great amenities. So glad Costco Travel listed this hotel as one of the options!

Beautiful hotel and staff. Everyone was so accommodating and the room was gorgeous! The restaurant was also beautiful! We obtained a corner suite that had a beautiful view of a park. The bed and sheets was a destination we never wanted to get out of. The bathroom was beautiful with dual showers and every night, housekeeping always checked up on us to ensure we had everything we needed. The location of the hotel was perfect and will be a hotel that I will come back to stay!

We stayed at the Sofitel Villa Borghese for 9 days and had a beautiful stay. The hotel is located close to the Spanish Steps yet far from the noise and crowds of so many tourist areas. It is very close to the Borghese Gallery and huge park as well as to numerous great restaurants. The hotel underwent a big renovation in 2019 so it has been completely modernized in a very tasteful way. Our room was large and elegant with a king sized bed, sofa and table with chairs. The bathroom was fabulous with good lighting, a magnifying makeup mirror, plenty of room to leave toiletry bags and a modern and powerful shower. The towels were thick and luxurious. The staff at the hotel were truly extraordinary. Everyone, from the reception staff to concierge to doormen, was helpful and friendly. The breakfasts at Settimo were also outstanding. Paola and Giordana were ever-smiling, always charming and attentive to all our needs and requests. The buffet breakfast, which included eggs made to order, was very elaborate with many fruits, yogurts, chia puddings and other healthy options, in addition to numerous local specialties and typical North American breakfast choices. The rooftop location of the restaurant afforded a spectacular view of the whole city. In short our stay at the Sofitel Villa Borghese was one of the highlights of our visit to Rome. It was a peaceful, luxurious oasis that allowed us to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the city but still be right in the heart of all that the city had to offer. We loved it!

I want to single out the excellent service by the full breakfast team on the seventh floor : they have been friendly , efficient , and caring . They add real value for the guest to the nice location , the great view and the food offering . Keep on keeping on !

We had an exceptional experience at Sofitel. Customer service and hospitality is what made this such a wonderful experience. The restaurant offers a wonderful menu with incredible staff. The room was very comfortable and spacious enough. We would definitely stay here again.
