Za tą cenę to dobry hotel, pokój malutki, nie ma lodówki, łazienka też maleńka, ale za te pieniądze to przyzwoita oferta jeśli chcecie być blisko lotniska. Obsługa miła i pomocna

Chúng tôi đã đặt phòng tại khách sạn này qua *********** và đến muộn vào ban đêm. Nhân viên lễ tân cực kỳ thô lỗ và không hợp tác. Anh ta lại đòi thanh toán, mặc dù tôi đã đưa cho anh ta bằng chứng rằng số tiền đã thỏa thuận đã được khấu trừ khỏi tài khoản của tôi. Anh ta rất hung hăng và liên tục đẩy thiết bị thanh toán về phía điện thoại của tôi, khăng khăng đòi tính phí chỗ ở một lần nữa. Tôi yêu cầu anh ta làm rõ tình hình và tìm giải pháp, nhưng anh ta từ chối lắng nghe. Sau thử thách đau khổ này, anh ta đuổi chúng tôi ra khỏi khách sạn. Chúng tôi bị bỏ lại giữa đêm trên phố với bốn đứa con nhỏ và một em bé. Tất nhiên, khách sạn đã giữ lại số tiền đã tính và tôi vẫn đang tranh chấp để được hoàn lại số tiền đang tranh chấp. Thật là sự ô nhục và thô lỗ không thể tin được. Không bao giờ nữa!!

We survived the insect bites, the spiders, the damp rooms, the horrendous receptionist Karin . The only positive thing about the place was the housekeeper Joy, who was indeed her namesake. The receptionist Karin was the most offensive, lazy, rude, arrogant and dismissive person we have ever met. She refused to give me extra milk the first morning when it had run out, told us huge spiders were normal, damp rooms were fine and that the bite on my friend's neck was allergies. When we checked out on Sunday morning at 11.55am, we were told we could not stay in the building as the reception area was occupied and that we couldn't use the dining area to wait an hour for our taxi. She also told me that I was a bad person as I said I was going to put a negative review on ***********. Karin also told us we shouldn't expect much from the hotel (when we were trying to convince her that we should be able to stay inside) as it was only a two star! By the way, I have never seen donuts cut in half before and the bread was stale. The night receptionist that was 'checking the hotel' (smoking outside I think) while I was using my phone as a torch to try and find my key from the reception desk at midnight barged into my room 30 minutes later telling me that I should have contacted him to get my key! No-one was there and the door had a wooden statue behind it! Our saving grace was Joy the housekeeper who allowed us to stay in one of our rooms as she wasn't going to get to it straightaway. Otherwise we would have been sitting in the rain! I enclose a photo of one of the three seats in reception for your viewing pleasure!

We stopped here for a night on our way down south. The hotel decor is a bit tired, but the room was quiet and the bed comfortable - with a memory foam pillow (unusual in hotels of this type). The room is just adequately sized for one night, and the bathroom was small with a shower, sink and WC. The towels were a bit better than other similar hotels. We did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. There is good parking and a bunch of places to eat within a short walk. The welcome was also very pleasant. All in all, a perfectly good place for a stopover in this price bracket (€64).

Très vieux, une seule porte de douche car l'autre cassée, un rideau plastique de douche vieillo. Télé posée au bout du bureau a moitié dans le vide. Pas de prises de courant près du lit. 2 serviettes pour 3. Oreiller de mauvaise qualité. murs rafistolés.

une très bonne prestation avec wonderbox la personne qui est a l acceuil est très sympathique le petit déjeuner est copieux dommage que le restaurant ne fonctionne pas la fin de semaine car a coté a part des fasfoods et buffalo c est pas terrible

Questo hotel è comodo perché è vicino all’aereoporto a circa 8 km, ed è ad un buon prezzo. Le camere e il bagno sono accettabili e la struttura è dotata di un parcheggio privato compreso nel prezzo. La colazione è esclusa ma si può fare con un costo supplementare.

Je me suis retrouvé à la porte de ma chambre durant presqu’une heure à partir 23h32 car ma carte d’accès ne fonctionnait pas, j’ai appelé 8 fois le numéro de portable inscrit sur la porte d’accès mais à chaque fois je tombais sur la messagerie …..et j’ai envoyé un message resté lui aussi sans réponse. ….!! J’ai eu l’idée d’appeler le numéro fixe et là comme par hasard le night est apparu me disant que le téléphone laissé par la réceptionniste était resté sur silencieux et que la porte d’accès de l’hôtel vers la réception était bien ouverte…..j’avais bien essayé de l’ouvrir, même en toquant à ++ reprises , mais en vain. Quand on prend son service de nuit on vérifie le bon fonctionnement du téléphone, Heureusement que ce n’était pas une alerte incendie ….. Bref, un manquement pareil ne m’insistera pas à revenir ds cet hôtel, et pourtant Professionnel ds le transport de personnes je vais très souvent à l’aéroport de beauvais Tillé…..dommage !!

Hôtel très agréable , la chambre était confortable et bien insonorisée . Le personnel très sympathique . Je n'ai pas diner à l'hôtel mais le petit déjeuner était bien achalandé avec des fruits frais .
