羅馬位置比較好的酒店，出入比較方便，旁邊還有一家中國餐館“京華飯店”也不錯；酒店樓下直接是租車公司；頂樓的早餐也是很不錯。

Our favorite favorite home away from home! We had not been in a few years because of world events but were welcomed back as soon as we arrived. Fabulous location just away from crazy tourist areas but close enough to walk, take bus or taxi to wherever we want. Several of our favorite staff still there such as Stef/concierge and Santina/front desk. Claudia/front desk also very helpful and Donatello/breakfast on rooftop so very helpful. Italian breakfast on rooftop is definitely worth the expenditure because in America it would be equivalent to enough food available for breakfast and lunch. We especially enjoyed the evening aperitivo on the roof with gorgeous views of Rome. Small issue with morning wasps outside at breakfast and in evening but hope they will figure out how to send them back to Villa Borghese.

Knowing that we were planning our trip to Italy for 2010 I tried very hard to remain a gold member, and very glad i did. Our stay at the Grand Flora was well worth the 80k points for 2 nights considering it was 25k to stay at other sites in Rome. It was great that we were updated to a Junior Suite, were treated to a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary and the gratis breakfast was a big plus. We walked everywhere from the location. Yolanda (hope that is right) at the front desk spent almost 15 minutes just helping out with questions and advice on Rome before we checked in... Friday night we sat at the bar and even had a dance to the piano players music. It would hard to complain about anything during our stay.

I love this hotel during my work trip to Rome. Nicely located, and approximately a 10-15 minute walk to the Metro Subway Station. Front desk staff was friendly, and willing to help. I never got to do the breakfast, but there are many restaurants outside of the hotel to eat at for lunch and dinner. Neighborhood is safe. The room and hotel are nicely maintained showing why it's Grand hotel. Hallways are like a maze which can be typical in a European hotel. Not your typical Marriott looking hotel; it keeps a nice european feel with all the normal amenities of a Marriott. I would willingly stay here without hesitation, and I highly recommend this hotel. I will say, some of the room that face inside are tiny. If you can get a larger exterior room with King size bed, it is worth it. The smaller rooms are harder to get around the bed and the beds are about a Queen size.

The only place I will EVER stay at when I’m in Rome. Wow. Let me explain why. The hotel is located in a great part of Rome. North of the main center, walking distance to the gorgeous Villa Borghese gardens. The hotel is very clean, immaculate. Even outside. The decor and the art throughout the lobby and the rooms are very inviting and attractive. The rooms are impeccably clean we were lucky to have a view of the main road, and view of the gardens across the street. Incredible breakfast. Wow. The terrace on the roof is simply incredible! But this is not what makes this hotel so special. It’s the crew. The most incredible hotel staff I have ever experienced in my life. From Maurizio handling the food and beverage piece like a symphony, to the incredibly attentive and friendly staff that work the front of the hotel greeting the guests when they arrive. Let’s not forget the cleaning crew who keep the property looking brand new. Every day. I want to extend a very special thank you to Antonio & Sandro out front who made me feel so welcomed when I came back with my Lazio shirt. I feel I made true friends in Rome. I am so impressed with this hotel and the people who make this place special that it truly was the highlight of our stay at Rome. Made us feel like home, and family. The true Italian way. Stayed at this hotel because of the location which is perfect if you want to visit the sites but we'll be back because of the exceptional staff. Nothing was too much trouble from the moment we arrived, everybody made us feel at home. The hotel is absolutely stunning, the food is first class and you really can't beat the location. In a city that doesn't have a shortage of fine places to stay the Hotel Flora stands out for being leaps and bounds beyond everyone else. We'll be back soon.

I've been this hotel now four times. It is quite nice with very accommodating staff, in an excellent location, and has quite comfortable rooms. The one negative is that they offer only instant coffee in the room. No espresso machine. In Rome! I travel the world and this is the only high-end hotel that only makes available hot water and instant coffee. The one extraordinary positive is the young woman who overseas breakfast service. She is simply amazing. Remembers everyone's name. Knows everything that is going on. The staff under her command operate flawlessly. She is one of the most talented people I've ever encountered in the hospitality industry. I wish I could hire her to run my business.

A great experience. I was there only 2 days for business meetings in Rome, and from the arrival to when I left everything was perfect. The valet, receptionists, restaurant staff, the magnificent terrace. Simply exceptional. Special mention to the friendly GM that was very kind with us. We will come back to the Flora very soon!

Very nice hotel! Clean rooms with great AC. Staff was very kind and helpful. Gym was small but we made it work. Rooftop breakfast was great! Walking distance to many of the sights. Borghese Gallery is close buy and recommend you visit. Overall, a great stay!

As a Marriott titanium member, on checkin I was upgraded to a larger suite. Hotel staff are very nice, attentive and helpful. This is especially true for concierge staff who arranged our private tours for small groups. Room amenities are very nice. It is a well maintained older property, with much class.

We recently stayed at the Marriott Grand Flora Hotel on Via Veneto and were thoroughly impressed. The location was ideal for us, with easy access to the shopping district, top-notch restaurants, and the beautiful Villa Borghese, making it truly exceptional. The dedication of the entire hotel staff was remarkable. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home, and it was evident that every guest receives special treatment. The staff consistently made us feel valued and cared for. We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the breakfast team, particularly Donatella and Morena, as well as the Concierge team, especially Federica and Stefania, for their kind assistance in making our stay unique. Congratulations to the management for maintaining such a high standard of service and keeping the staff motivated and attentive at all times. We will undoubtedly return for another wonderful experience.

This is my second time staying at the Grand Flora. The hotel is located in a great area of the city, located near several other nice hotels and restaurants. Very safe and good for families. The hotel is very clean. The best thing about the hotel is the staff. Ranging from the front desk folks to the doormen to the cleaning staff, all are very pleasant and helpful. I have to say the best and most impressive staff member is the female manager for the breakfast service. She is always smiling, very hardworking, and always ensuring everyone is satisfied. When I return to Rome, I will be surely staying at this hotel again.
