"Ban đầu hơi khó tìm đúng lối vào. Tốt nhất là đi thang máy ở cửa số 6/7 tầng dưới. Có một cửa hàng tiện lợi n*** đó, rất tiện lợi. Có rất nhiều khách sạn nhỏ khác cùng tầng.
Phòng có tầm nhìn đẹp, nhiều ánh sáng. Ban công đẹp nhưng thiếu sự riêng tư và không gian xung quanh như lồng chim không lý tưởng.
Không gian không quá rộng rãi và khu vực ghế sofa/phòng khách nhỏ. Vòi sen mạnh nhưng phải đi qua khu vực vòi sen ướt để sử dụng nhà vệ sinh. Giường rất thoải mái.
Nhân viên rất thân thiện và không khí rất thư giãn.

"room was comfortable: excellent bed, washroom plumbing, lighting fixtures.
included are hair dryer, kettle, flat iron with board, tea, coffee, bottled water, slippers, TV.
air conditioning was excellent in our room.
included breakfast was quite good, with mostly asian but some western food elements. coffee machine was consistently serving warm coffee, not hot. some drink carafes were not identified.
orange juice was terrible, not natural tasting.
noodle soup station was great!
person at breakfast entrance had a sour unhappy look, but lady cleaning tables was always smiling and cheerful.
in general staff was very helpful, we appreciated that.
overall, i would definitely recommend this hotel, we enjoyed our stay."

Very convenient location, hotel just next to opposite road Wuyi Square. Subway station either Wuyi square line 2 or Huangxing line 1 within 3mins walk. Breakfast large area and the tasty as usual good for most of Crystal Orange Hotel chain branch. Room view can see Wuyi square.

We had an awesome stay at the hotel! It looks absolutely gorgeous and bougie feel. We were treated very warmly by the very friendly staff. Managed to get a free upgrade to a room directly overlooking Xiang River! The only thing is that the metro station is quite a long walk away from the hotel. Breakfast has a good spread for sure but food quality can be better and food can be made warmer. Will you stay there again!

We stayed two nights at the Grand Hyatt Changsha in a spacious deluxe king room with a sofa bed on Level 57, offering half river view and half city view. Unfortunately, the weather was foggy during our stay, so the scenery was hidden.
The location is fantastic — Hisense Plaza (with Wenheyou) is right next door, and popular attractions like Wuyi Square, Pozi Street, and Du Fu Pavilion are all within a few minutes’ walk.
Front desk service could have been more responsive when I tried to book an extra room for my sister on the first day. The front desk staff told me that the walk-in rate would only be available between 9–10am the next day. She took down my phone number and promised to call me back, but I didn’t receive the call until after 2pm the next day. Luckily I had reserved online in advance.
The true highlight was the housekeeping team — always smiling,warm, attentive, and thoughtful. They prepared children’s slippers and a toothbrush for my child, provided extra bottled water without being asked, and even left us a handwritten note saying they had discarded our unfinished cold tea and coffee and cleaned the cups for safe use. These small touches made our stay very comfortable and memorable, despite the foggy weather.

I was extremely impressed by the rooms, facilities and services provided by this hotel. Everyone from the front desk to the concierge went out of their way to help with everything. The rooms are large, bright and comfortable. I went there for the Alec Su concert, the hotel even put his cupboard cut-out in the lobby for us to take photos and played his songs! The location is very convenient for Mango stadium events and the hotel golf carts will drive you to the closest exit and you can walk there in 5 minutes. I will definitely stay here again for concerts.

Khách sạn nằm gần quảng trường Wuyi ở trung tâm thành phố, xung quanh có nhiều địa điểm ăn uống vui chơi, giao thông đi lại rất thuận tiện. Tiện nghi phòng và dịch vụ của khách sạn rất tốt, nhân viên Xiaofang rất nhiệt tình, trước khi nhận phòng mình đã liên hệ và sắp xếp nâng cấp lên phòng rộng rãi, có thể nhìn thấy một chút sông Tương Giang. Nói chung là rất tốt trải nghiệm ở lại và căn phòng rất yên tĩnh ~~ Khuyến nghị, chúng tôi ở lại thêm một đêm và thấy tuyết

Phòng có cửa sổ kính suốt từ trần đến sàn và tầm nhìn đẹp. được rồi. Robot đặt hàng mang đi đã giúp giao đồ ăn nhưng hơi chậm. Phòng ăn sáng ổn, không gian không rộng lắm và không có nhiều món. Cơ sở vật chất, trang thiết bị đều ổn. Có một phòng tập nhỏ không có nhiều thiết bị, n*** cạnh phòng tập. Có hai trung tâm mua sắm gần đó. Nên đến Fuxing Times, nơi lớn hơn. Đi taxi vào ngày tháng năm cũng rất gần, khoảng 10 phút. Nhìn chung ở lại ổn

Housekeeping (周娟): Went above and beyond—friendly, proactive, and resolved issues swiftly. When I reported an unpleasant odor, they immediately replaced all bedsheets and pillows without delay.
Engineering (王秀杰): aided with the technical problem surfaced by the air conditioning, offering alternative solution when it couldn't be solved immediately.
Despite minor room issues, the team’s dedication and problem-solving attitude made my stay truly comfortable.
