When we arrive to check in the front desk clerk was very rude. I ask to use the rest room in the lobby while check-in and he stated it was out of service. I also ask if i could just get a refund at the time of check-in due to his rudeness he was not accommodating at all very unprofessional for me to travel that far . The room was just ok . Another part is how you have to enter your room it is very unsafr as you park you have to walk all the way around the rail which is pretty far . I am use to parking in front of the door and just walking in. Well we had to tote our luggage all the way about 7 doors downs from ours and then walk around the railing just to get in . I suggest if you are a women don't stay here! I did not understand why I had to stay there and noone helped me when i stated at time of check-in i was unsatisfied!!! If you are looking for a good hotel I left here and went to La Quinta very nice with wonderful staff , very clean , and wonderful breakfast . There was even a not on the bed . 10 for La Quinta. I reached out also to ******* about my experience and still no resolution Even half of the money back would be great.
