We are frequent travelers and were excited to stay here because it was in a central location! We checked in late night after traveling and noticed my husbands name was actually “guest of the day”..well we would soon realize that they had checked another couple into our room before we got there. We went to the room they had for our reservation, and walked into a couple in the bed. It was terrifying and we are so so grateful they didn’t hurt us thinking we were intruding. We were moved rooms and told to come back to speak with someone in the morning. The resolve from the woman at the front desk was a small bag of chips.

I love staying at the Cambria in Rock Hill - the staff is always welcoming and helpful. Parking is easy. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Keep it up. And thank you for supporting the Winthrop THINK intern students.

It was really nice, I wish breakfast was included rather than a surcharge. The bar is nice, but took quite a bit of time to get a drink despite there being less that 6 people there. Inevitably when a parking deck is shared with a hotel, the 3rd party parking always sends a bill. Currently fighting a dispute with the parking agency over a ticket while I was there despite already sending them my itinerary.

Was disappointed that the suite had no means of cooking or heating anything. No microwave or stove in the room. The refrigerator was barely large enough for a 6 pack of cans and no real freezer space. Staying for a week I like to be able to eat in some. I made the assumption that a suite would have a microwave at the absolute minimum.
Aside from that the facility was nice. Ice machine was broken, but staff was super friendly and helpful

The room was beautiful and comfortable except for the pillows. Worst hotel pillows I’ve ever slept on.

I love staying at the Cambria when in town checking on our college kid. The staff is above and beyond friendly, food and services are great. The ease of parking. I cant recommend this stay enough.

The location makes this hotel. It has a bar and restaurant in the lobby and another roof top bar which is nice for some. People looked to be enjoying it. That said, I was not there for that stuff, I just needed a room. The rooms are super basic. We had to ask for soap for the sink. The shower had shampoo and conditioner. Again, no soap. Coffee consisted of Two Keurig pods. There was a Kleenex dispenser in the restroom but no Kleenexes. With the cost of this hotel, these basics should be in my room. $5 fee to park. Again, that should be covered in the cost of the room. The rooms are no better than a Red Roof or Hampton but at a much higher rate. The location is definitely what you are paying for here. And it is a great location for the events nearby.

For the price hotel was underwhelming. Coffee machine was never supplied in room, and there were no cups. Sliding door design on bathroom is odd. Check in took 15 minutes with no line. Computers seemed to be down so no room charge. It’s a good facility in an excellent location for access to the sports center but needs a bit of management care. Also they need a way so you can tip housekeeping staff since we don’t often have cash. All that said staff was extremely nice.

This was the 4th time staying at this property. I never leave reviews but this could not be overlooked. Past there have been glitches with room cleaning and things of that nature . This time we arrived at 7 pm for our reservation and were told room was not ready. Check in is 3. We were told that maybe we could go to dinner or something until room was ready. Really? They have a bar and restaurant there. Handled it very poorly. I understand help is hard to come by but!!!
