Great stay!!!!
BUT, I PAID WITH CREDIT CARD THE RESERVATION WHEN I MADE IT, AND THE HOTEL DID NOT RECEIVE THE PAYMENT. THERE IS NOT EASY WAY TO RAPIDLY CONTACT **********/EXPEDÍA TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM!!!! I PAID THE BILL IN THE HOTEL ANDA I HAVE A PROBLEM AHEAD WHEN I FINISH MY TRIP!!!!

the view from property is superb. staff spoke little english so things like internet name and passwords were difficult to obtain

Great campsite situated about 15 minute walk from the medieval town of Rocamadour. We’re in a large motor home and the pitches are more than big enough. Good facilities showers, washing machines etc. all very clean. There are shops and bars opposite and a large supermarket about 10 minute drive away. Rocamadour is a hidden gem and a must visit for a night or two.

We spent an excellent evening at this lovely, very well priced hotel The room was a good size and immaculately clean with effective air conditioning. The view of Rocamadour is exceptional and even more special when lit up in the evening. We were even treated to the sight of hot air balloons over the town in the morning. The bathroom has everything you need and again was spotless with plenty of hot water We ate in the restaurant that evening and the food was lovely and very well priced The buffet breakfast was also excellent with plenty of choice Every member of staff were helpful, courteous and full of good humour and made us feel so welcome Parking is free and plentiful We will definitely return next time for longer to enable us to explore Rocamadour in detail

it has a few small problems but the service easily makes up for that , from the young lady that greats you at reception ,who is wonderful and so profesional to the waiters at dinner , the whole experiance was out standing , thankyou so much..Bennett JA

This is a very nice hotel located perfectly. Out room (#14) gave a beautiful view of Rocamadour village. The room is cozy, with a very comfortable bed. The room has airco. The shower room is a tad small but functional. Water is warm and a good pressure. Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. They have a good sense of humour. Are dog was treated very nicely. There is a park-where-you-can behind the hotel, but there is NO EV Charger. That is a public one located at 3 minutes walk, but it's a fast one.

Room was large and comfortable. Good shower and very clean. Pleasant staff. The issue is that we were on an 8 day supposedly ‘vegetarian friendly’ holiday and there were only two vegetarian options- one was polenta ugh……We asked if we might have a cheese omelette, but the ‘ chef’ wouldn’t do cheese. So endless salad……. Once managed to negotiate a plate of vegetables. Considering we were paying the same as the carnivores, it was really annoying. But if you fancy staying there just for the accommodation, there is a nice restaurant opposite that will do cheese crepes. And probably omelettes, as well.

I actually had the classic view of the Cliffside Village right out of my window! You couldn’t ask for a better setting and location. The hotel was very classy and the service was excellent. The room was a good size and very comfortable.
