الفندق جميل ورائع والجناح جميل جدً ، لكن للاسف غير مطل على البحر . مشكلتي بالفطور ، كان محدود جدً ولا يليق بفندق مصنف ب خمسة نجوم. اتمنى ان يتم اعادة تقييم الفطور وتحسينه

The hotel was super clean, staff was super nice! It was so much more than what we expected! The breakfast was delicious.

First of all I would love to thank front desk staffs Meliha and Enes also bellboy Kuzey for their great service and support! I am so happy of their friendly attitude towards us customers of the hotel…they have patience for our questions and are always willing to help us… hotel is clean and comfortable… breakfast is pretty good and offers wide variety of food and options.. very close to attraction points and places and yet far from the noise and faces the sea .. glad to stay here every time I visit the region.

I went there with my family. My kids were super happy with their room and youtube availability on tv. They had fun in swimming pool. The breakfast was tasty, they enjoyed the pancakes . Nice view on the black sea.

All good. Nice room - good range of bathroom products, lovely to have a bathtub. Lovely friendly customer service. Bedroom walls are thin, so you can (unfortunately) hear every sound from your neighbours. Italian restaurant was ok. Would recommend. Would return.

Lovely room, nice hotel….ordered room service but got no cutlery and I can’t cook but I could have made the omelette that I received….overall it was good stay, food service could only be described as average though

It was great and clean. It felt like a luxury hotel. There was music outside during the night for a while but the hotel is situated in the outskirts of Rize city center and so it’s as quiet as it can get.

There were only a few rooms occupied in the hotel, AC heating was turned OFF for all guest rooms and they sent us a heater to the room, they did not tell us upon check in which should not be the case of course. Breakfast and service at breakfast were fine.

It was not our first stay so we returned for good service

The hotel is great. clean and tidy. breakfast is diverse. 15th floor, great view and coffee pleasure.. Iwill come back inşaallah. The hotel lobby is very big and spacious. The welcome is very nice. The parking lot is large. Indoor swimming is very nice.
