This hotel is clean, modern, well located and well priced. I was here for business for two days. I sat and worked at the desk in the lobby and had a great late night meal. The staff were very polite and eager to help with anything. I think this is a great option!

Customer service of that hotel is not up to Bonvoy chain level. They have damaged one of my clothes during the laundry. No-one from the management was proactive to at least give me a call and apologize. They are dealing with the incident as normal incident for them which is very disappointing. I was there for a business trip which is ruined by this situation and their steps toward compensation are very slow and relaxed.

Stayed here for couple of nights on business. Nice location, decent room with all amenities, and nice restaurant offering many choices. Buffet breakfast was decent. Overall had a comfortable stay. Thanks to the restaurant staff, they have been very attentive and courteous.

The overall experience staying with Courtyard by Marriott Riyadh Olaya is magnificent. Despite the last minute scheduled business trip to Riyadh of our CEO it was handled with care. Given that the hotel was sold out the day before his arrival but he was taken care of hospitably. My coordination with Mr. Raj Adhikari upon booking online was impeccable and his teamwork with Mr. Ali the Front Office Manager executed it with high importance. Due to the busy scheduled meeting for the day it made a huge difference on our CEO. Thank you so much Mr. Raj, Mr. Ali and the Team members who took care of our CEO, we sincerely appreciate it. We look forward to his next trip to Riyadh.

Just to be clear this is not a bad hotel. The rooms were ok but on the small side. The breakfast buffet was ok but not amazing. The service is generally good. However if you have titanium status or above you will not receive the kind of service you will get at other Marriott hotels. I have stayed here multiple times (on weekdays and weekends) and have never received so much as a square inch of an upgrade (despite requesting ahead of time and at checkin, and confirming that there were better rooms available). It’s a shame because a loyalty program is really only as good as its benefits. Hotels like this benefit from being part of the loyalty program (they get the customers) but do not add value to it.

Decent room, clean, decent facilities. Mostly a business hotel, but rates are reasonable during weekend. Breakfast and food are below average which may explain why this is a 4 star hotel, not 5. Would stay again if rates are good. Non smoking rooms have no smell which is also good. Hotel manager was very kind to agree a slightly late check out, but late check out would incur a high price so I didn't stay. Overall good experience but next time I may not pay extra for breakfast. Staff were kind and polite. Lacks the 5 star feel, but not an issue for me.

Horrible service and frauds. I can’t make it any better. When I arrived at 0700 nothing was ready even though I booked the suite from the day before. After insisting on a room, I got a temporary room to stay in after an hour. That was not a suite. It was a standard room. I waited for two hours to get my room, and finally went to my meeting. When I came back 2 hours later the suite I booked still wasn’t ready (a junior suite) and they offered me three “upgrades “: one smoking kind size, and two non smoking Queen size beds. The junior suite with a king size wasn’t ready. I accepted and asked for the key. The guy at front desk explained that he couldn’t give me a key since then the room key for the other room would be cancelled. He offered to send someone up with the keys 5 minutes later. They never did. When I called after an hour, again it would be 5 minutes . I waited another hour and then I checked out. Two days later they charged for the full amount of the suite I never got. After complaining with Marriott, they promised to refund the difference for the “standard room”. Obviously, they never did. I asked Amex to cancel. I would not recommend my worse enemy to stay here. I’m a Platinum Ambassador at Marriott and have never offered experienced such bad service.
