The front desk was so helpful, especially when I realized that I had left my cell phone in the taxi. They were able to locate the taxi company and retrieve my phone and deliver it to my room. The room was clean, spacious, and well appointed. The dinner and breakfast voucher was reasonable considering dinner included an appetizer or dessert. It was honestly the best experience I had in the UK on this trip. Great value!

Stayed a couple of nights as attending a wedding nearby. Staff helpful & friendly, bed comfy and the room quiet. Had breakfast & evening meal in the on site restaurant and both were fine. Would stay again if we were in the area.

Ample free parking (once you've logged vehicle reg in) Welcoming staff on reception. Comfy & cosy overnight stay. A couple of minor 'issues' - no USB charging sockets & no mirror above dressing table / work station which would have been useful.

A good place to stay which is easy access for a lot of attractions in Derbyshire. I have stayed here several times and it has always been clean, tidy and the staff are always available when needed.

This hotel is ideally placed just off the A38. We stayed here for 2 weeks and a couple of days for work Ladies on the checking Teresa,Jess and Megan were really nice and could be more helpful if they tried. Resturant next door had a great menus and between the 8 of us we tried almost everything. Next time we're in the area this will be the place to stay again Big thanks to the 3 ladies.

last minute booking. Was really easy to book online. Arrived a little late but was checked in with no problems at all. Booked a table in the restaurant for breakfast and I’m glad I did, it was crazy busy, but the team handled it really well. Room was spacious and very clean.

Cannot fault this hotel. One of the best I've stayed in. Friendly check in. Clean rooms. Lovely soft pillows and spare ones provided in the room too. Extra tea coffee always available in receptionist. Wish they would put more in the rooms and a biscuit would be nice

The staff at Ripley are so welcoming. I had a great night sleep as I always do at Premier inn and will definitely be coming back soon! We also had a great meal at the pub opposite, the staff were great and so was the food, my whole family really enjoyed the whole stay.
