O Hotel é bem localizado, tivemos um atendimento rápido, o café da manhã é aceitável, os únicos incovenientes foram, uma algazarra, no meu andar, por volta das 22:00horas, com muita bateção de portas e conversa em tom alto e a porta do cofre estava com defeito. O resto foi bom. na próxima volta ao Rio com certeza verei outras opções.

Esperamos muito para entrar, depois precisamos trocar de quarto.

I want to get refund 100% my this one night stay. No air condion working. I cant sleep. Hotel say we dont have other room. Whole night i was sitting in loby. Pl refund this hotel asap

Small and dark room. No noise reduction and you have to sleep with ear plugs. A lot of noise from people and the elevator. I will never recommend this place.

The entire hotel is a rundown old wreck. Looks like the furniture is from the 1960's and is heavily damaged, scratched. Floors and lobby looked dirty and heavily used. Two elevators aren't enough. People line up for ages especially during the early- and late hours. Frequent electronic noise, buzzes coming from various places (not just the room equipment) occur especially during late hours. Sometimes the door lock doesn't open and you have to travel between the reception and your room to get a new access card. There's not enough staff and too little space in this hotel. Crowds barely had space to stand around the reception and the breakfast room would get flooded every morning. Breakfast is above basic, but some foods run out fast (due to the crowds). It can also be hard to get a table. It took 1 hour for the receptionist to check me in, although most people were just chatting to the receptionists or just standing there at the desk. There was a weird old blocked wooden door in my room. Probably the neighbors had the same on their side. I could hear every itch and scratch, let alone loud talking from the other side. Very noisy hotel. Not enough soap. Sometimes they just don't replace the tiny hotel soap. Poor internet connection. It just stops working for like 12 hours or longer. Speed is sluggish. The only acceptable things about this hotel are: location - quite close to the Copacabana and some shops are nearby, receptionists are friendly and kind, cheap price!

A good city hotel with perfect location. Everything you may need can be reach by walking. Breakfast is good. Hardworking waiters always refreshing presented foods. Some guests are very terrible. They made unwanted voices. However this was not hotels fault. Everything you will get in your room same as the pictures. Preferable option for demaned price.

AGRADAVEL E PERTO DE TUDO

Tivemos dois problemas, a descarga do banheiro não funcionava bem e a tv não funcionava, reclamamos e a tv foi trocada e a descarga resolvida, porém continuo ruim o funcionamento, outro problema foi o ar condicionado que era muito fraco. O atendimento dos funcionários excelente, a Nash foi bem receptiva e o café estava bom.
