book at your own risks - if u want a quick over nite this might be ok, heater not working well, stained linens, no hair dryer, room super duper small, no space to place even a carry-on, impatient receptionist & very poor service, safety hazards on the wet floor in the bathroom (with a sign to remind guests) but i wonder why no bath mat was provided at all. location wise is about 4-minute walk from Richmond Station if u don’t get lost in that zig-zagged route.

とても清潔な部屋で、一晩過ごすのには十分な設備が整っておりました。ドライヤーだけ部屋に備え付けがないのですが、フロントで貸してもらえます。アクセスも良く、周りにはレストランやショッピング街など充実しており、高級住宅街の街の中にあるイメージです。

Hotel limpio y moderno. Lo recomiendo por precio. A 40 minutos del centro con Transporte Público.

Road noise and vibrations constantly throughout the both nights of my stay meant bering woken up on numerous occassions throughout my two night stay. Whenever a vehicle went passed you could actually feel the bed jolt. Air conditioning unit was exceptionally noisy too. The building was clean and tidy, including the room, although there were hairs on the sink and in the shower cubicle.

Warm and friendly staff. Comfy, clean and modern room. Too modern ?! Windows locked (= no fresh air ever, noisy air con) + opaque (= where am I ? No view) Also, strictly impossible to read in bed (a useless but blinding light !).

I have stayed in this hotel before and was happy and I believe the hotel has had an upgrade since I last stayed. Very central, very clean and a great base for exploring all Richmond has to offer.

Clean and well maintained hotel and room. But air con was very noisy so I had to switch it off at night and then I was too hot.

Best hotel to ever stay! Everything thing was perfectly organised. Staff was friendly and provides really good services. I recommend everyone to stay at this hotel as it is quite near to many tourist attractions, also bus and train stations are just 5-10 minutes walk.

Like so many Travelodges now, there is no restaurant. The breakfast they provide in a takeaway box is dreadful and not worth the money. My room seemed particularly small with little space in the bathroom. The shower, however, was good. The heating system worked and the room was warm. I still really object to only 30 free minutes of wifi. Okay for a night.
