We arrived in the hotel at around 11pm, The lobby looks so dark and *******, Even on our way to our rooms looks creepy and *******. There were no free bottled waters, Vending machines were empty that we have to go yo another building just to buy some water. Receptionist even advise us to just use the tap water from the faucet!! Room’s smell is gross, especially the curtains bot from the room and the bathroom!

Very good hotel offers shuttle every 30 minutes to the airport. The steak restaurant nearby is great.

Good hotel clean good location..! But they have a problem with air conditioning.. the rooms are too hot and they won’t fix it all they do is give you a fan . If hallways are hot. Only the reception is cooling nice for the workers. 

Very good hotel near airport it is suitable for me to wait 15 hours to another fly in Vancouver. I am really appreciate the staffs are so helpful

It could use some better attention to details. Broken faucet was taped together with electricians tape. The carpet was dirty. The bathroom was not cleaned. I informed the front desk.

Sound insulation could be improved. Sometimes I could hear people walking and talking outside my room.

Need to request the room clean service by ourselves before 11am everyday. No complementary bottle water. No shower cap. No cup provided in the restroom. As a 4 stars hotel, disappointed!!!

We had reminded the front desk that we need to refresh the room we came back from downtown found that our room was not made so had to go out again and insisted our room had to be cleaned irregardless as we woke up later than usual time to put the cleaning label outside the door. Finally , the cleaning is done. This is basic need, glad it was finally done when we came back from dinner. Room is nice and spacious. Facilities is good and the microwave oven in the room was brilliant. Coffee maker was just too small. Coffeemaker for two cups would have been better.

Staff are so professional. I want to stay this hotel again.
