I recently had a concerning experience during my check-in at Oasis Tower Hotel in Ribeirão Preto, Brazil. The receptionist requested my personal ID (CPF) and, to my surprise, had access to inaccurate personal information, such as my former job details.
When questioned, she claimed the hotel's system was interconnected with the "Receita Federal" for security purposes, and to confirm that I was not a fugitive. However, the option to rectify the incorrect data on the spot raised eyebrows.
This raises serious privacy and security concerns. If you value your personal information, exercise caution when providing details during check-in. I recommend guests double-check the accuracy of the information collected and consider alternative options for accommodations.

The price per room was phenomenal. Most of the staff (with the exception of two young evening receptionist) were friendly and helpful. The hotel could be more attractive if it were better maintained. Safe and hair dryer in room did not work. Although reported, nothing was done to resolve.Some of the walls need repairs and fresh paint. Breakfast served was fabulous. There are no walkable restaurants or shops near by.

Sempre que vou a Ribeirão fico hospedada neste hotel, todos os colaboradores são incrivelmente simpáticos e educados, eles me fazem se sentir em casa! Retornarei muitas vezes :)

Atendimento muito bom. Profissionais muito solícitos! O café da manha estava excelente. O unico ponto negativo é que o ar condicionado do 606 nao estava dando conta do calor, talvez por ser um pouco antigo. Demorou algumas horas ate de fato esfriar o quarto.

Razoável. Precisam melhorar limpeza. Como sugestão pintura do quarto, lavagem da cortina. A TV em alguns canais estava sem som, o Wi Fi falha a conexão além de estar com um elevador em manutenção.

O ar condicionado parou no meio da noite. E nao foi so o meu. Do quarto ao lado tambem. Foi a pior noite que passei em hotel.

Hotel precisa de reformas, ducha fraca, revestimentos desgastados pelo tempo, cama apenas razoável, Cafe da manhã muito básico além de faltar pratos e copos com frequência nos horários de pico

Infelizmente nos puseram em um quarto onde as janelas estavam cobertas com plásticos, onde não pudemos deixar ventilar o quarto e nem o banheiro.
