The food and drinks are very good and the beds are comfortable. The Animators Zak, Elsa and Tegan are very nice and they made the holiday very fun. All of the staff are very nice people and would definitely go again. I would recommend this hotel for everyone that want to have fun and still relax at the same time. The beach is also very nice with a beach bar.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, reception staff are very helpful, the room we had was on the 3rd floor of a block overlooking the pool and also had a great sea view, it was so spacious, the one issue with the rooms after speaking to other people was the lack of drawers, there is only a tiny drawer above the fridge, at either side of the bed are marble tables which have lamps on, (please change these for drawers). The pools were spotlessly kept and the surrounding areas also, the sun beds need upgrading as a lot are broken and uncomfortable with no mats. The only real complaint we have is with the snack bar at the pool, the food is starting to be prepared and put in warmers from 10am and can be there all day, this includes burgers completely ready, pizzas and salads, it is served by a member of staff, for me this should be moved to the a la carte area and freshly prepared as some days it truly was inedible. The drinks for an all inclusive were very good, the food ( with the exception of the snack bar) was also really good and replenished very regularly. In my opinion the hotel is not a 5* due the issues raised above, but still a most enjoyable week away, worth a visit if you want a trip to Rhodes. Great location, bus stop 1 minutes walk away and this served the whole island, the village of Kolymbia is only 10 minutes walk and is worth a visit, plenty of bars and shops.

First time to greece, fantastic hotel ,food was great and alot of variety spoilt for choice, drinks and cocktails were lovely, didnt have to dash out to put towels out as it wasn't over packed,beach towels are included in price. Pool was lovely and hot in afternoon, sea was also lovely and warm ,but sea shoes maybe needed as quite stoney,sunbeds are free also at sea. The only downside was in the room ,there was no mirror except in bathroom where also the hairdryer was ,so when getting ready everyone os in there, stool in room with dresser but no mirror. However on that note room was fantastic, clean ,cleaned every day. Staff were always so welcoming , would definitely recommend

Don't usually write reviews but feel like I need to for this hotel due to it been rated a 5 star and the price of it. I will start with arrival we arrived gone midnight reception staff polite and was taken to our room. For a 5 star we was expecting atleast a drink on arrival but only got one bottle of water in the fridge these fridges are not filled during your stay. Rooms ok size , matttess very firm kids duvet ripped, bathroom basic, aircon not good at all called reception about this said allow upto 30 minutes. Pool area good could always get a bed but my son and partner cut their feet a few times in the pool reported this and also alot of mould in the pool. Beach is ok but rocky as others have said also my sons wanted to go on some of the watersports but this wasn't allowed as it was only for people at the hotel next door. We got a taxi to another beach which was lovely and kids enjoyed all the watersports. The restaurant all staff lovely but food wasn't the best but as we was leaving it seemed like the food was getting better. We never used the restaurant in the afternoon just used snack bar food is much better there. Animation team very good always happy and chatty. Evening entertainment not good all at so if you like good entertainment this hotel is no good for you. Overall this is a good hotel but I have stayed in much better 4 star hotels and I'm baffled how this hotel has got a 5 star rating. Yes it looks clean and fresh but you can certainly find somewhere else better for your money.

Here now. Food is good. Not all drinks included in all inclusive. So called relaxation pool not very relaxing. Kids screaming and playing games despite another 2 pools they can play in. Someone else playing music through a loud speaker. Would not return. No staff around to report this to

I’m currently staying at Asterias Beach Resort in Greece and I couldn’t be happier with the service! 🌞 A big shoutout to the two lovely ladies Maltina and Enelda who take care of the room cleaning — they are absolutely fantastic! 💖 So kind, friendly, and always make sure everything is spotless and fresh. Honest review as I am a TripAdvisor user and I always look at reviews when booking a holiday to help me decide! 5+++* for staff and cleanliness 4* for hotel, food and entertainment 5* overall for the price we paid and what we got PROS - Immaculate resort - can't fault the cleanliness whatsoever, it's the cleanest 5* all inclusive we've been to, absolute credit to the staff - Staff - very friendly, kind, smiley staff, always try speaking English. They work very hard!! Shout out to Konstatina, Gunter, Alexis, Iliana, Meggi, Alexandra and all the chefs who work incredibly hard behind the scenes! 2 hours before we were due to get our taxi back to the airport, I injured my ankle and it was very swollen (not the hotel's fault!). Every member of staff were amazing at each stage!! Gunter and Alexandra on reception were highlights who made sure we had what we needed, gave us advice on hospitals and travelling etc. Very attentive! - Sunbeds - I read previous comments that the sunbeds were naff with no cushion. They now have luxury cushions and brand new sunbeds! I think they had just upgraded them as we arrived! They also have brand new seating around the complex too - well done to the hotel on making the upgrade! - 3 pools - 1 general, 1 kids, and 1 adults only - not many sunbeds around the adults one but we managed to get one each day before 9.30am. - Modern, pretty complex, beautiful landscaping, only 10 years old I believe - Drinks - Variety of alcoholic drinks, and cocktails made from scratch which is always nice! - We arrived at 10.30pm to the hotel and they kept the restaurant open with a very small amount of cold food left to eat if we wanted to - a nice touch. - Rooms - very large room, we were in the main building. Very, very clean and fresh towels daily if you wanted them as well as bed changes. Air con worked great and it wasn't too loud! - Green - seems like the hotel tries to be "green" e.g no plastic water bottles (you get 1 glass bottle in fridge on arrival but it's not replenished but there's a filtered water tap by the pool bar to refill). I think you can ask at the bar for more bottled water, we didn't want to, to try and be good! Personal preference. There are also reusable plastic cups for the pool as well. - Pool food - nice food, fresh chicken gyros, chips, pizza, chicken nuggets, which we ate and were good for a pool bar. Other things were salads, chicken burgers, sandwiches which were all kept in a fridge and looked fresh. - Hotel public toilets - immaculate! I've never seen toilet areas so clean, especially around the pool areas. There are 2 toilets for the pools - one by the bar and one at the adults pool but lack of signage meant we didn't spot this til day 4! - Evening bar - very nice, clean, welcoming, great waitresses/waiters and table service which is an added bonus these days! THINGS TO CONSIDER/IMPROVE - Signage - there is a lack of signage to know where some things are. E.g. Where the toilets are, where

Fantastic stay enjoyed my time here honestly I loved it, food could have been abit more diverse I guess but still not bad 7.5/10. Zak made me feel welcome aswell has I spent the night with him, the animation team was wonderful very friendly will be coming back next year so happy days.

Been in Asterias for a week, and i would say that it was amazing! Starting from Reception, food, rooms, entertainment.. Everyone was professional and very friendly. Big shout out for the guys from animation Zak and Elsa. Great job, fun activities and professional evening entertainment 🤩 Also thank you for the night out , we had a lot of fun.. If i will suggest this hotel to my friends? Yes i will And for sure we will come back Thank you!!

We've just returned from a very sunny weeks stay at the fantastic Asterias Beach Resort Hotel, we loved every minute of it. The food was excellent and we thought there was a great choice of different foods at each meal time. Our room was facing the gardens near to the pools which was lovely and the room was cleaned daily to a very high standard. All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming. We loved the superb animation team who put on excellent, fun activities every day. We didn't want the week to end, it was just truly amazing!!

The hotel and surrounding areas and beaches are fantastic, we had great weather and would 100% return for another week long trip. Zak and the rest of his Animation team were incredible with their entertainment 6 days a week. From sports in the afternoon, water Zumba and yoga, to the evening entertainment of music and karaoke etc. I would recommend a week here to anyone who wants a fun and relaxing mixed holiday.

We’ve just had an amazing week here! The hotel staff were all absolutely lovely, including bringing me a cake and bottle of prosseco on my birthday! (Shout out to Marina!) The animation team were all so much fun! A perfect mix of fun energetic activities and relaxing ones too. Zack and Elsa have been brilliant. Made us feel like we were part of the team and just added to the whole experience. Thank you guys and hopefully we’ll see you again! X

dreadful place, not 5 star 3 star at best. grool for food, not catering for vegies or vegans. so many complaints at resort and Gunter was brilliant , however he couldnt make it good. drinks at bars were childish, watered down crap. german karaoke most nights , massive turnoff. They all ship up for evening meals at 6.30 and fill the available entertainment space 20 mins after !! TV never worked all 14 nights, Safe never worked for 3 nights. We had to move rooms as 1st one was unacceptable . good help when busy !! avoid at all costs
