Fantastisk service. ALL personal trevliga, glada och tillmötesgående. Mysigt och lugnt trots många barnfamiljer. Familjär känsla. Till och med de som bodde på hotellet var jordnära och trevliga människor. Det enda negativa var matsalen och maten. Matsalen ekade och lät mycket, skolmatsalskänsla. Maten var ok, man hittade alltid något, men inte toppklass. Drinkarna var helt fantastiska däremot, likaså kaffet.

My wife and I once again spent a relaxing week at this first class resort. All the staff without exception are wonderful, hard working, thoughtful, attentive, friendly and a thoroughly professional collective. Whilst it is impossible to please all guests we found the restaurant offered a varied selection of quality fayre that was well prepared and well presented. The individual plated fresh and crispy items on the salad bar enabled you to put together a selection of just what you wanted rather than having to pick out what you may not like. The desserts were plentiful as was the choice of ice cream complimented with a selection of fresh fruit. Breakfast was a joy due to the lovely lady always smiling as she tirelessly prepared fresh omelettes. When considered as a whole the combination of positive factors on offer at this 5 star Greek establishment are just superb. Looking at some of the reviews a few negative aspects have been documented. It is just a shame that the persons affected did not raise their concerns with the staff as where possible everything that could be done would have been to resolve their issues. If staff and management are not made aware of niggles the opportunity to fix and improve the experience for all is just lost. The owners and management are aware that some of the rooms are a little tired but upgrades both in and around the hotel are on the horizon. Would not hesitate to return and shall look forward to our next visit as the minor negatives far outweigh the overwhelming number of positives. Thank you All.

The best part of the holiday was the sports and entertainment run by Allen and Alessandro. This professional team made every day fun with Aqua gym in the morning, afternoon sports inc Beach volleyball, Beach football, sand bowls and best of all daily waterpolo, Allen and Alessandro were so enthusiastic, engaging and great at involving people to have fun and a little exercise around the pool area. Allen and Alessandro both made sure all of the children playing these sports had a fair chance to have control of the ball and score points. Very inclusive and wonderful to see. The evening entertainment was the same where this team ensured everyone had a go and participated in the well organised evening events in the bar after dinner. Lots of fun, laughs, dancing, quiz and competition. Definitely a massive part of the fun we had on our holiday at this lovey clean resort. Thank you Team ! All of the staff in the hotel and restaurant made us feel welcome and looked after us well especially the bar staff! Thank you all for making our stay so fun!1

This hotel was really nice. We were upgraded to the swim up pool room which was rather nice. The only downside is unfortunately the sun is not on it for long. We did use the pool though because we like the cold water and it was a definately colder than the main pool. The main pool was so nice and rhe beds are comfy. Even in October 24/25 degrees it was hot and you wouod need to cool off in the pool. They had walk in steps to the pool as well as the climb down steps. The entertainment by Alan was great (he said he was from Poland) he would give a ten minute warning for water polo, football, beach volley ball, boules, tennis and ping ping etc and he worked hard day and night with the entertainment. It was good fun actually and the other guests were all so nice that we met and chatted to while participating in games. Also don't miss quiz night it was brilliant. The staff were so friendly and chatty and you can get prosecco which was rather good and lots of different cocktails. Certain brands you would need to pay for. The amaretto was nice so I wasn't bothered it wasn't Dissorano. If you want to drink past midnight you have to pay to upgrade the wrist band from what I heard. I also discovered the lemon slushy from the pool was nice with tequila in it. That was a suggestion made to me by Sakis who worked the pool bar. He was so lovely and was trying to help me pronouncing the greek words I was trying to use. The food was great, I haven't been happy with all inclusive in the past due to the food. I couldnt fault the food. There is lots of choice. Lots of pork, but also chicken, beef, fish and vegetable dishes. I liked the fact they had a lower counter so kids could help themselves to spaghetti bolognaise or the other dishes that children might prefer to eat. The only suggestion is to have the ham and cheese slices that are out at breakfast and have those out at lunchtime as well so that they can be added to salad. Also keep the toastie machine out at lunch for toastie sandwiches. The rooms were nice enough but maybe could do with a bit of an update but the beds were very comfortable. Also the towels are not very big so I used a pool towel instead because it was much bigger. I like large shower towels so they could do with providing bigger towels. The beach is close by you walk out the back of the hotel and not to the marina part but the road heading to the right ish and your there in 5 minutes. Apparently they will golf buggy you there if you want to. I would recommend this hotel. I am not sure about when it's very busy in the summer and queuing for drinks but October there was hardly a queue.

We was at Leonardo for 4 nights.. the hotel is small and nice.. The room for us was OK.. the food at the restaurant so nice! Many thanks to Elena for our omelets at the breakfast.. the pool it was no full so we always had somewhere to sit.. George and Pavlos at the bar always busy nice guys.. last the reception staff 24/7 there for us. Irene very helpful, Tsampika smiling all the time and Kiki very friendly.

Firstly i want to thank kiki at reception. We had moved to this hotel from another one which was awful. Kiki was amazing and showed real Empathy towards us. The hotel is very friendly, the food was superb and the salads extremely fresh. Sakis at the pool bar was fantastic and always asking are we enjoying our day and having a laugh with us. Rooms are good but a little tired, but it was the end of season when we visited. George at the lobby bar made superb cocktails and was very freindly as were the rest of the staff. I can't wait to return next year as i feel we made great freinds with the staff.

If you are expecting 5 star then think again! It’s a shame that it is rated this high as expectations are set very high even before you arrive. However what you will have is a very very clean modern hotel with friendly staff and good amenities. The food is good although a bit repetitive and the meat dishes at times a bit fatty and tough, the puddings are lush! The restaurant is spotless clean and the staff work very hard to clear tables and wipe surfaces once somebody has left. The chap at the pool was so lovely forgive me I can’t recall his name now he was 5 star!! The two characters however who did the bar in the evening were not, they were rude and abrupt that’s even if they decided you were worth serving. I understand a little Greek and they should be aware of this when they are making comments to each other. They were very unprofessional and need talking too The hotel is perfectly situated to visit Rhodes old town and Lindos both easy to get to by the buses. The pool area is great and again very clean and plenty of sun beds day time activities is you wanted to join in. There are 3 beaches very very close to the hotel which are lovely two are a little stoney so beach shoes maybe needed. The cove where the boat trips leave from is Sandy with a beach bar serving food and drinks. TOP TIP! The sun beds to the left towards the end are free for the hotel we didn’t realise this until our last day! There is no mention of it anywhere at the hotel and having spent 60 euros on sunbeds over the week we were a little p$$$$d off to say the least! We really enjoyed our stay apart the ****** at the bar! The staff work very hard to make sure everything is as good as it can be and if anything is needed then it is attended to very quickly. We may well return in the future

We arrive very late to this hotel and was a lovely guy that he was waiting for us with some sparkling wine.. we missed the dinner, but they had prepared for us some small sandwiches and they was already in your room in the fridge. 1. We upgrade our room to a bigger one just to be more comfortable and The room was so nice very clean. 2. The restaurant was very nice. A lot of options of food and very tasty different every day. 3. At the pool bar, we met Sakis he’s so friendly , and he was always remembered our drinks. 4. At the lobby bar, we met George and Pavlos They are always busy, but they can remember our drinks and our cocktails too. 5. At The reception is Kiki, Irene and Tsampika The girls are so lovely and always there to help you. We book also our massage with them and it was so relaxing. we definitely come back next year with our family!!

Just returned from this hotel with my husband and three year old daughter. Let me just say the staff are truly what makes this hotel. They are so helpful, accomodating, polite and you can tell they truly want you to have the best time. Huge shout out to Sakis (from the pool bar) and Irene (from reception) who took the time to learn our names and chat with us every time we were near. Sakis knew our drinks order by the end of the first day and would happily deliver as many ice creams or slushies to our little one, nothing was ever a problem and was so Uber friendly. Irene made an effort to converse with our daughter and check in with us to ensure we were enjoying our holiday whenever she saw us. They are a credit to the hotel. I try and keep my reviews bullet points to make it quick and easy to read so... Pros - Greeted with a glass of fizz for my husband and I and juice for my little one (even changing it when she wasn't sure of the first flavour). As well as a cold towel for all and toy bubbles for my little one which was all a lovely touch giving a great first impression and start to the holiday - The hotel staff saw us arrive and assisted my husband in getting the luggage inside meaning that I could concentrate on our daughter and he didn't have to make numerous trips - The reception team always greeted you with a smile and willingness to help, I'm sorry but I didn't get everyone's names!! - Room cleaned every day with fresh towels. - Pool towels could be changed everyday with only a €10 deposit left on the first day. - Drinks in the restaurant were self serve, no need to wait. - Entertainment staff were friendly and really tried to involve everyone. - The hotel although busy didn't feel overcrowded. - Cocktails were freshly made in front of you (no premade stuff) - unlimited ice-cream cones and two flavours of slush at all times during the day Cons - The room was a little on the small side for a family of three but to be fair we were in it a limited time so didn't upset us too much. - The pool was very cold although this may be something to do with the time of year rather than the hotel. - There were only a small number of loungers around the smaller pool and when wet the floor could be slippy. I could honestly go on and on about the good things this hotel provides and I have kept going back to add stuff. We would truly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be back.

We were a family with a small child at the end of August, already when we arrived at the hotel we received courteous treatment from the staff and it was like that throughout the week. The pool is large and there is always activity for both adults and children. The cleanliness of the room was very good even when a maintenance service was needed in the evening, they arrived quickly and took care of the problem

That’s my second time in this amazing hotel and I will definitely come back with my family, as i feel like I’m at home !! The staff of this hotel is the most important detail that needs to be mentioned !! They are all of them professionals and hard working !!! The food is truly delicious, the rooms are clean and the drinks are delicious !! Special thanks to the reception staff and the barmen !!

This is in no way a complete review, but I think a lot of people are being too vague about their experiences so I want to write in short but in detail. 1 a. Location - geographically and transportation. The hotel is situated at the foot of a mountain so it is protected from heavy winds but it is also hot due to this. The sea is a close 250m from the hotel but has little effect on the climate (sometimes you can feel a nice breeze from the beach). You have 40 minutes to Rhodes City in the north. 30 minutes to southeastern Europes largest water park in Faliraki in the north (ten minutes before Rhodes City). Taxi to Rhodes Old Town 80 Euros. To the water park in Faliraki 50 Euros if you ask the hotel to book it for you. So being in the east-central part of the island is good if you want to spend 6 out of 9 days in the hotel. We spent one day in Rhodes Old Town. One day in the water park in Faliraki. One day at the magnificent church of our Holy Mother of Tsambika and the fantastic beach in Tsambika. The six remaining days we enjoyed the hotel. Perfect mix if you have kids. 1 b. Location - proximity to city life. Kolymbia is small town but the hotel is located as close as you can get to all the souvenir shops, supermarkets etc. It is an amazing feeling knowing that after a long walk among bars, restaurants and shops, that the hotel is only 5 minutes away at the most. 2. Food & Restaurant First of all, it is only one restaurant but they have everything adults and kids love. For adults really great mix and blend. The most nervous thing for us regarding food was our kids. Look, they wont be dissappointed. Breakfast: pan cakes, waffles, chocolate cream, cereals, yoghurts, eggs in different shapes, jams, bread. Their lunch and dinner; pasta, pizza, nuggets, veggies, meats, fruits, ice cream, juices, soft drinks etc etc. The food is excellent and I would easily pay 25 euros for this dinner somewhere else. Same with breakfast - SAVE TIME, MONEY, AND NAG and choose all-inclusive at Leonardo. Soooo worth it. So even if it is only one restaurant you wont get dissappointed. Rooms Very very clean. Spacious. Modern. Very good air conditioning. Didnt see one single bug there and we are very sensitive when it comes to those things. The shampoo, conditioner and body milk of top notch quality. Cleaning every day. Pool area My first concern before the trip was that the pool was too small. But it wasnt. Very spacious and 117cm deep in one side and deeper and deeper up to 155cm in the other side. There is also a small baby pool 30cm deep. There is a snack bar at the hotel pool area from 10.00-18.00 which has hot dogs, chicken nuggets, gyros, burgers (no dressing), fries (chips), pizza slices and sandwiches. Also coffee, tea, juices, slush and ice cream. All free of charge. For a moment I thought my kids would make them go bankrupt lol. The one bad thing is the pizza slices. They are a bit dry, which surprises me because the pizzas in the main restaurant are soft,
