The hotel was amazing, friendly staff, gorgeous room with a private pool and lovely food. The only problem was lunch time. The buffet restaurant wasn’t open which was disappointing as we were led to believe it would be so as a non meat eater the choices were limited. The al la carte restaurants had fantastic food but not so good if you just fancied a small snack. The beach area needs a little bit of work but other than that we can’t fault it. The main bar was fabulous with its choice of drinks, service and entertainment. A luxury holiday that we will be visiting again.

We arrived at the end of may, the weather was fantastic. We had a sea view room with a private pool, and could not fault it. The pool was perfect for cooling off in the afternoon sun. The room had everything we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. The room was cleaned each day with new bottles of water provided. The staff were very attentive and always greeted you with a smile. Anything we needed we could ring down to the reception and nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend and will 100% come back!!

This is our 2nd visit to this resort, it is soo relaxing hence our return. I would like to mention a couple of the staff who went above and beyond Aristeidis being one of them you needed anything he would sort it for you Mikki, Daniella, Anna, and the lassie from the wet bar they certainly worked to look after you and make sure everything was good for you well done. We stayed in room 3107 for 2nd time fabulous room perfect view The hotel made sure my birthday was celebrated well thank you. We used the Italian restaurant a couple of times and the buffet restaurant but as previously commented some of bainmarie food was only warm or cold did point out to Aristeidis and he looked into it. We will be back again in the near future. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday this is the place to go. Thank you.

First class resort. Modern accommodation, pleasing to the eye. Excellent facilities, tennis, gym, table tennis, swimming pools in abundance. We ate at the serve yourself restaurant, all the food was tasty and well prepared and in plentiful supply, the serving staff were attentive and uber friendly. The hotel is well placed to get local bus services to Lindos/Rhodes. Also good location to explore the west coast of Rhodes with a hire car

Firstly I wish I could give this review 10stars. It is simply amazing. From our arrival we were treat like royalty, the welcome was beautiful & considering the size of the hotel it felt personal- as though we were being greeted by old friends. We had booked a swim up room, requesting one close to the restaurants & bar area as my mobility is currently reduced. We were given a room overlooking the main pool area & of course the sea beyond. The A La carte restaurants are sublime, our favourite in particular was the Italian Ten 2 One. Anestis & his unbelievable knowledge of the menu & ingredients used helped us choose stunning dishes, with wine to compliment. Adam, Radion & Daniela who work the pool bar are an absolute credit to the hotel also. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them. Radion makes fab cocktails & Adam is just the sweetest guy. The buffet restaurant was amazing, it absolutely didn’t have the usual All Inc cattle market vibe, it felt classy & cosy. I feel we need to give a special mention to the staff in the Grand Bar at night. Penia & Dinos are the dream team, we feel fortunate that the hotel was fairly quiet at night & so we had an opportunity to have a few decent chats with them. Dinos makes the absolute best cocktails I have ever tried, anywhere. He is a master of his craft, with a head bursting with ideas & creativity. Please make sure you try one. Penia takes so much care over the guests, regardless of who you are. She has the kindest, most genuine soul & I feel so lucky to have met her. During our stay I was fortunate enough to visit the spa & booked in for the Luxury Hammam Experience. All I can say is WOW. Just wow. If you can, then book a treatment during your stay, its not hard to understand how they have won so many awards. I can not wait to return to this gem & would 110% recommend to anyone wanting to experience luxury in Rhodes x

We went to Kazeen spas on the first day of our holiday. The people who are working there are so sweet and helpful. It was amazing to start the holiday like this. We had a scrub which was very good and I had a pregnancy massage which was amazing. The owner is such a great guy! Thank you so much, definitely coming back here!

Had an amazing time, alexandrod was so friendly and welcoming! Highly recommended soooo relaxing! Edy expedienced masseurs with very strong tentitive hands•. My Mrs came out absolutely glowing. Zhe was very unpressed aith her facial. Loved it, the most relaxing end to an amazing holiday.

Alexandros and the team were excellent. Visited the spa with my fiancée who received ‘mum to be’ treatment whilst I received a deep tissue massage. Both treatments we had were of a high standard which relaxed us for the rest of our trip. Highly recommend.
