I don’t really like it. Pros: The staffs in the front desk are nice and helpful The bed is ok Cons: The staffs in the restaurant are worse, unhelpful with bad attitude You cannot get what you need in this hotel You will expect a larger window in the room but turns out it’s two small one so the room is quite dull Very far even you arrived at the station you have to walk for 8 minutes It doesn’t look like a 4 stars hotel, no swimming pool and only 3 machines in the gym room

If there is electric kettle, feel perfect. But they provide boiled water. So I was comfortable staying. There is a railway station near hotel to central. So location is not so bad.

出於行程安排，又訂了一天，正好補充説明一下酒店印象：早餐不錯，停車免費，停在酒店前面也安全，酒店出門右轉就是一家超市（酒店底層）。但101房間浴室門關不嚴，水往外流，仔細看地板已有變形，估計已經有很長時間漏水情況發生了，希望酒店維護。

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und hat mir bei allem, was ich brauchte, geholfen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und komfortabel und hatte alle Annehmlichkeiten, die ich erwartet hätte. ich war insgesamt zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder hier übernachten!"

Ti accolgono a braccia aperte anche alle 23.55 dove il check-in sarebbe entro le 24.00. Staff molto gentile ed educato. Il posto è ben tenuto molto pulito e pieno di finestre per godersi la luce del giorno. Fortunatamente ci sono anche delle tende che permettono alla stanza di rimanere al buio e non svegliarsi con la luce del mattino. Consigliatissimo

How this Hotel got a 4 star rating is beyond me. We stayed in an 'executive' room on the top floor and were very disappointed. The bed was torn, walls were damp and discoloured, the air con filters not working as the walls were black and the outside balcony was full of weeds and the wooden floor rotten. We asked reception for coffee for the room as it had a kettle and tea bags - the answer was no!!! We went for breakfast the next morning and guess what - both the coffee machines were not working and staff didn't know how to fix them so no coffee. We were looking forward to using the spa but then see a sign - for guest safety the spa is not to be used!!!! How long has that been the case, a very long time. Our first night we used the hotel restaurant - a big mistake. Staff are not trained in customer service. We ordered wine and asked for water before ordering our food. 10 minutes later the server came back and had not taken our food order correctly so had to go through it again. We again asked for our wine and water. After our starter we asked again were was the wine and water?? During our main course I had to get up and look for staff to again ask for wine and water. No one came to check on us and ask if everything was OK or if we needed anything. I got the impression the least the staff had to do with guests the better for them. Each morning we were woken up before 7am by staff dragging tables and chairs across the floor, I assume on the main balcony area or restaurant which was next to our room. Very inconsiderate. The Hotel grounds give you the idea that there is no care for this Hotel. Full of weeds and rubbish and what look like abandoned motor homes in the car park. Overall this Hotel is not looked after or takes care of its guests well at all. It appears the management have given up trying to provide a quality service.

I got a very simple room and was very surprised by the high quality! Thank you all so much for your hospitality.

It was our second time at this hotel, we returned due to a) the fantastic service we received on the first visit b) its location for exploring Lombardy. The staff (particularly the breakfast staff) are brilliant, really make you feel welcome and greet you with a huge smile. The rooms are very clean and tastefully decorated. I found the breakfast excellent with an extensive selection. Will definitely use the hotel again
